DESCRIPTION

For a single full charge, the earbuds provide 3-4 hours of continuous music playtime. The charging case includes a 2200mAh battery that can be used to charge your smartphone when needed. The Bluetooth earbuds are sweat, water, and rain resistant. Ideal for running, jogging, hiking, yoga, gym, fitness, and travel.

HOW TO PAIR
Take out the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. On your phone go to settings; select Bluetooth and turn it on; select x9 and tap pair.
HOW TO CHARGE
Check that the charging case is turned on. Insert the earbuds into their charging case. Using the included USB cable, connect the charging case to a power source. When the charge indicator light turns green, the earbuds will begin charging automatically and will be ready to use.
HOW TO RESET
Close the charging case and place the earbuds inside. Remove the earbuds after at least seven seconds. They will restart and reconnect to your device automatically.
HOW TO CLEAN
Wipe clean the pins on the inside of the case and the earbud connectors with a cotton swab dampened (not dripping!) with isopropyl alcohol.

How do I pair the earbuds?****
Take out the earbuds from the charging box, and they will automatically enter pairing mode. On your phone go to settings; select Bluetooth. Then choose “X9” on the list of devices.
How long does it take to charge the earbuds?****
It takes about 1 hour to charge the earbuds fully.
How long do they last before needing a charge?****
The earbuds will last 3-4 hours before needing to be charged again.
Can I use them while they are charging?****
Yes, you can use them while they are charging. However, if you are using them while charging, it will take longer to fully charge them.
How do I turn them on and off?****
You can turn them on and off by pressing the power button for 2 seconds.
What should I do if one of my earbuds is not working properly?****
If one of your earbuds is not working properly, try replacing the ear cap or contact us for support. We will help you resolve any issues you may have with your product.
Do these sync to my phone every time they are removed from the box, or do they need to be reconnected?****
Yes, if you always sync them out of the box, the earbuds will automatically connect to you.
How good are Bluetooth headphones in terms of sound quality?****
It is NOT “all about the bass” in my life. I use these while exercising, listening to music, podcasts, and audiobooks at different times. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with them.
Do they stay in your ear while running or working out?****
I haven’t had any issues with them while running; they do have different sized ear pieces to fit more properly in your ear, so they shouldn’t fall out.
What role do they play?****
They fit fine, but if you want them to be snug in your ear and use them for sports or at the gym, I recommend purchasing separate earbud hooks. Other brands of earbuds include hooks, but not this one.
What exactly do you mean by “the charging case with built-in 2200 mAh battery, it could recharge the earbuds 15-18 times”?****
You can use the battery case 15 to 18 times before it needs to be recharged. The case functions as an earbud charger on the go.
Is there a charging port on the power bank? Is it a micro USB or a USB-C port?****
Micro USB is the power bank’s input. The power bank’s output is a female USB port.
Is it compatible with Siri?****
Yes. To activate Siri, tap the left or right one for 2 seconds.
Can you answer the phone and speak with these people?****
Yes, you can answer the phone and talk while wearing either earbud. The only problem is that the background noise is extremely loud for the person on the other end of the phone.
Is there noise cancellation?****
They have passive noise cancellation, as do most earbuds. Active noise cancellation employs tiny microphones to ‘listen’ to and cancel out sounds around you.
