This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.

Before use, place the product on hard, flat, stable and dry surface.
This device is intended for household and dry use only.

Never cover the product when it is in operation.
The massager will switch off automatically after 15 minutes. Please rest the unit for 15 minutes before using it again.
Plug in power supply that corresponds to the rated one on device only. In case of misusage power supply or device failure may occur.
Unplug from power supply after fully charged or before use.
This device should never operate empty, because such action could result in appliance failure and/ or injuries to the user.
If the device is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water, do not use it.
Please allow device and/or room temperature to gradually acclimatize to your preferred temperature.
Avoid contact of the device with water, high temperatures and/or direct sunlight.
Always keep the machine clean; do not apply lotions, creams, etc. on your skin prior or during use.

ABOUT PRODUCT

Wellneo® VitaHand is cordless massager designed to help soothe sore, stiffed muscles in the area of the hand during prolonged work with a keyboard, computer mouse and in other situations with a bent position of the arms. It includes fingers, palm and wrist area massage, where using gentle pressure (air compression), heat and vibration with 6 massage programs and 6 intensity levels for customized support and relief.

CONTROL PANEL

Intensity button: press to choose intensity level (1-6, default is 3).
Power button: press to turn on/off the device.
Program button: press to choose the program (1-6, default is 1).
Vibration button: press to choose pulse, continuous or no vibration.
Heat button: press the heat button to turn on/off the heat function. It will take about 5 – 7 minutes for the device to heat up.

BEFORE USE

Fully charge your device for up to 4 hours before using it for the first time by inserting the provided power cable into device at one end and into charger (not provided)
or other corresponding power source on the other end
The Indicator above power button will blink during charging. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator will turn off with sound of three beeps.
Unplug the device from power supply when fully charged and place it on stable, dry, hard and non-slippery surface.

USAGE

Make sure the device is fully charged and powered OFF.
Always wash your hands before using the device to keep the massage chamber clean. You can also use the included glove, which is washable. 3
Place a hand, palm down, into massage chamber.
Make sure to only insert your bare hand and wrist into the device. Ensure the sleeve of your shirt is rolled up and out of the way.
Do not wear jewelry while using the device.
Do not remove your hand from the device during operation. Always turn off the power first (by pressing power button) and wait for the air pressure to completely release.
Otherwise, the device may be damaged.
If you have sensitive hands, we recommend you to use the lowest intensity level (1) to avoid discomfort or use glove.
The device’s air usage results in a grid of dimples on your hand. This is normal; the dimples will disappear after about 30 minutes.
The default massage time is 15 minutes. Do not use it continuously for more than 30 minutes.

NOTE: Be sure to remove any jewelry, including bracelets and rings before using the device and that your hands are clean as well as dry.

Insert your hand into the massage chamber, deep enough to feel positioning it on a palm “cushion” (it is OK for fingers to protrude through).
Press the Power button on the control panel to turn on the device. Once the unit is powered on, the indicator above power button will turn on.
Press the Mode button to choose one of massage programs (1-6), presented by indicator light. Each massage program has a different massage pattern, emphasizing
acupressure points in a different order. The default program is 1.
NOTE: If in program 6 the button is pressed once more the device will turn off. To continue just press the program button again and choose your preferred program.
Press the Intensity button to choose one massage intensities (1-6), presented by indicator light. The default intensity is 3.
Press the Vibration button to turn on the pulse vibration. Press the Vibration button again to switch to continuous vibration. Press a third time to turn OFF the vibration function.
Press the Heat button to turn on/off the heat function. NOTE: When the heat function is turned on, it will take about 5 – 7 minutes for the unit to heat up.
Press the Power button to turn off the device at any time. Always power off the unit after each use.
NOTES: The device will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of use. Press the power button again if you wish to continue using the device. When the battery power gets low, all of the lights on the screen will turn on, flash three times, and then the device will shut down automatically. Charge the device before trying to use it again. Average working time varies depending on the settings used (heat, vibration, low/high intensity, etc.) but should be between 2-4 hours after full charge.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Unplug the device and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Clean only with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not allow water or any other liquid to go inside the unit. The device is not waterproof. Keep away from liquids and do not immerse in water.
Store the device in a dry and cool place without direct sunlight. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects that might cut or puncture the surface.

Faint sound heard while using massager| Massager is using air compression or vibration.| This is a normal sound made by the motor or pump.
Dimples on the hand after massage| Air-compression bags are purposely design like that for better massage effect.| This is normal. The dimples will disappear after about 30 minutes.
