App install

A: No, the wireless lavalier mic and receiver are plug and play, no app or Bluetooth is needed.
Q: Is there a way to know when the transmitter is fully charged?
A: Red light is always on when Charging by Type-C cable, and the light will turn off when fully charged.
Q: How close in proximity do you have to be to the phone?
A: Within 20 meters, it is 65 feet, which can be connected within this distance.

Q: Why is the indicator light off when I click the microphone power button?
A: The microphone needs to be fully charged first.
Q: The mic doesn’t seem to be paired with the receiver, how do I repair it?

A: Unplug the receiver and turn off the microphone. Power off and restart the phone, plug in the receiver again, and turn on the microphone.
Q: When I plug this in my iPhone I get the “device is not compatible” message? how do I resolve this?
A: Suggest you to upgrade your phone to the latest IOS version.
Q: Can I use it to make phone calls?
A: It’ll not carry audio out for you, the receiver takes over the entire audio pipeline. you can’t hear when the other person is talking.
Q: When to do factory reset settings?
A: When the microphone TX/RX is turned on, the blue light of the connection signal flashes, and the connection has not been successful. Repairing can be done by factory reset.
Q: Why can’t the phone hear audio when the receiver is plugged in?
A: Once it is unplugged you can hear the audio.
