MorphoManager Activation
NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS
May 2021

MorphoManager requires activation to operate. MorphoManager version 15.3 and greater introduces a new process for this purpose. The following letter provides more details about it.
Please note, in case you upgrade your system from a MorphoManager version below 15.2 to a version 15.3 or higher, a fresh activation will be required.

INTRODUCTION: OVERVIEW OF THE NEW ACTIVATION PROCESS

PREVIOUS REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Install MorphoManager 15.2 or lower.
  2. During the 14-day trial period, fill in your user details directly in the MorphoManager interface:IDEMIA MorphoManager Software - REGISTRATION PROCESS
  3. Before the trial period is over, MorphoManager requires activation, performed by two possible channels:
    – Online: if MorphoManager is connected to the Internet, registration is completed directly in the software (*)
    – Offline: MorphoManager creates an offline registration file that is to be manually uploaded to the https://activationv3.identityone.net webpage. This page will generate a response file. The response file is then manually loaded in MorphoManager.

(*) IDEMIA recommends that MorphoManager is installed on a machine connected to a network behind a firewall, and, when possible, isolate it from the business network and from the Internet.

DETAILS ABOUT NEW ACTIVATION PROCESS

  1. Install MorphoManager 15.3 or higher
  2. Get the License ID from the MorphoManager Activation screen:IDEMIA MorphoManager Software - Activation screen 
  3. Connect to the Activation Key Generator webpage, to fill in your contact details: https://biometricdevices.idemia.com/s/activation-key-generator
  4. Receive the Activation key by email, to be inserted in the MorphoManager interface.

DETAILS ABOUT THE NEW ACTIVATION PROCESS FOR VIRTUAL MACHINES

Please note, if the Activation Key is installed on a Virtual Machine, a back- up and restore of the Virtual Machine requires a new Activation Key.
