Function
Shut-off:
Remove the cover with a 4 mm Allen key. Close with a 2,5 mm Allen key 4
turns.
adjustable:
For 2-pipe close with a 2,5 mm Allen key 6 turns.
Set fully open pre-setting and bypass at delivery, 4 turns.
Assemble
If the radiator has deviations, a softer gasket can be used to seal better. Check the sealing surface is clean, full, flat and no rust that can create leaks.

Installation
Installation shall be done in accordance with AMA. For proper functioning, must the existing valve be undamaged and that the instructions are followe. For abnormal valve design, improper installation, inadequate heat capacity or other conditions beyond our control not guaranteed.
When mounting on existing radiator connection the surface must be cleaned and
be flat and smooth.
For good seal will:
- Scrape.
- Brush thoroughly with a wire brush, can be done with a rotating wire brush. 3. Polish with 3M Scotch Brite red cloth, can be done by rotating the 3M Scotch Brite red rotating pulley.
Nuts to be used must also be controlled so that the threads meets ISO standards correctly.
Shared fiber packing 480 63 56 Item 4731801 included in the delivery, used for
the connections that are flat, clean and smooth. Rubber seal 4731801, for
radiator connections with the inferior surface.
Rubber seal is lubricated on both sides with sealing paste ex. GLIDEX At the
very uneven surfaces recommended liquid gasket.
