Connection Instructions

1. Scan the QR code below and select proper system(iOS/android) to download app.

2. Register and log in – you can register an account with Email or you can log in by guest account. Guest account is able to use all functions of the app, but device will delete all guest info after device is reset.

3. Click “+ button on upper right corner, follow app instructions to add device and combine with your phone.

4. Binding device This doorbell does not support 5G Wi-Fi channel, be sure to select the 2.4G Wi-Fi channel and start binding device. 5G Wi-Fi of dual channel router usually has “-5g” mark after the name. REMEMBER NOT TO SELECT THIs WI-FI FOR DEVICE BINDING.
   For Example:
   “NAXCLOW_2.4G” v Correct channel
   “NAXCLOW_5G” x Wrong channel
   lf you have modifed the wifi channel name, make sure you choose the correct channel for binding.

5. Working logic of doorbell push: press the doorbell after binding, the app will receive the message push, select “reject” or hang up after answering, the doorbell will enter the shutdown state, which can trigger the doorbell to send messages to the cellphone again.

6. If you don’t do any processing on the messages, The App will only push one message to the mobile phone within 30 seconds toavoid the excessive interference of junk messages caused by others’ malicious doorbell ringing. New messages will not be pushed to you until the device is shut down after 30 seconds and the doorbell is triggered again.

WARNINGS

1. Please turn on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and allow all permissions of the app.
2. Please use this product in an environment with good Wi-Fi signaland try not to stick it on the metal door.
3. This product does not support 5g Wi-Fi.

Note: Press the push button to test whether it is paired with the doorbell. The doorbell will light up and ring. If it does not, see “Pair Doorbell& Wireless Chime” on page 6.

Melody selection
Press the V to choose your favorite chime tone, there are 19 melodies for the doorbell kit.

Adjust the Volume
There are 4 volume levels in total and the minimum volume level is silent. Press the to select a lower volume level.
When the volume reaches its minimum, press the button again it would turn to the maximum volume.

Notice

1. Please do not place this chime in areas close to metals.
2. The woking distance varies with the blockage from different ambient environments.
3. Use this product properly to prolong its lifespan.
4. Never repair the interior circuit to prevent destroying the inside electronic components.

Safety

Before proceeding with the installation, please note the following safety warnings:
Always follow the manufacturer’s advice when using power tools and wear suitable protective equipment (e.g. safety goggles) when drilling holes, etc.
Before drilling holes in walls, check for hidden electricity cables and water pipes. The use of a cable/pipe locator is advisable if in doubt.

What You Should Know Before Installation

1. Please fully charge the battery when using the doorbell camera for the first time. The batteries included are rechargeable.
2. Set a desired music (different or same one) for transmitters before installation. For music setting, see Operating Instructions.Doorbells have been paired and set to a default chimee (Ding Dong) before leaving factory.
3. Please do not install doorbell on metal doors since it is hard for the signal to transmit.
4. Ensure all surfaces are clean by wiping the installation area with a clean cloth. Please note that the sticker will have poor adhesion if you attach it to a dirty or uneven surface. Sunlight or rain will also affect the adhesion over a longer period of time.

DoorBell Installation

Adhesive tape

1. Apply the double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the rear mount.
2. Remove the outer side of the tape and attach the rear mount in the desired location on the wall and press hard for 30 seconds.
3. Fasten the doorbell to the mounting plate. ( Screw in small crews from the bottom to prevent theft)

Screws and anchors

1. Drill two holes with a diameter of 6 mm and a depth of 30 mm on the wall. The positions can be positioned according to the holes on the doorbell rear mount.
2. Knock the two plastic expansion tubes into the holes
3. Fix the doorbell rear mount to the wall with two large screws
4. Fasten the doorbell to the mounting plate ( Screw in small screws from the bottom to prevent theft )

Troubleshooting

This product is warranted to the original purchaser only for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for products damaged due to defect in workmanship and materials. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. Warranty is for replacement only. No service parts are available for these products. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
