PREPARATION
- Record your model number for future reference.
- DANGER: Risk of electric shock. To avotl electric shock. the power must be turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box before beginning the installation procedure.

TOOLS AND MATERIALS NEEDED
FIXTURE INSTALLATION

Remove the fixture and parts bag(s) from the carton. Put them onto a clean and soft cloth to protect finish. Confirm all part are included.

Loose n screws (G) and remove mounting plate (B) from canopy (F).

Attach mounting plate (B) onto outlet box with screws (D). Ensure ground screw (C) is attached to rrountirg plate (B).

NOTICE: To avoid short circuit, make sure wires are not exposed. Fastenfixture greenor bare ground wire to the greenor bare copper wire in outlet lox with wire nut (A) or fastenonto grourd screw (C) on mounting plate.

NOTICE: To avoid short circuit, male sure wires are not exposed. Fasten fixture white wire to the white wire in outlet box with wire nut A. Wrap t he wire co nrec tor withelectrical ta pe so that the tape seals the end of wire nut (A). See diagram 1.

NOTICE: To avoid short circuit, male sure wires are not exposed. Fasten t he fixture black wire to the black wire in outlet box with wire nut (A). Wrap t he wire co nnec for with electrical tape so that the tape seals the end of wire nut (A). See diagram 1.

Insert quk k conrec tor (E) into the opposing quic kconnector end.

Tuck wires carefully inside outlet box. Atta.:h the canopy (F) onto mounting plate (B) wit h screws (G).

NOTICE: Do not exceed recommerded wattage. Rated Max 60W Type G9, recommend using G9 15W listed LED bulb. (Bulb(s) not included).

Install bulb to t he sot let (I).

Install glass shade (IJ onto a rm (H), by turning, until the correctors 6 tight.

Restore powertocircuitat breaker or fuse box

mild soap.
