Hotkey Control

Hotkey Leading Codes ( HK_LCode )
A Hotkey command is a short keyboard sequence for selecting a computer, activating computer scan, etc. KVM Switch interprets keystrokes for hotkeys all the time. A hotkey sequence starts with HK_LCode followed by one or two more keystrokes. A built in buzzer generates a high-pitch beep for correct hotkey command; otherwise, one low-pitch beep generates for error and the bad key sequence will not be forwarded to the selected computer.

HK LCode can be
“L-Ctrl”+”L-Ctrl” or “Scroll Lock” + “Scroll Lock”
Must be use below keys on keyboard to input Hot-key, especially number keys and “L-Ctrl”. Left and right are different command for the hot-key.SIIG CE

  • Change last letter can use different resolution output
  • Switch between modes or resolutions might take 10-12 seconds or more depend on display’s response time.
  • letter R,H,G,O are special up-scaled outputs as follows
    R: Input=2560×1440@60Hz & Up-scaled to 3840×2160@30Hz output
    H: Input=19201080@60Hz & Up-scaled to 3840×2160@30Hz output
    G: lnput=1920×1080@60Hz & Up-scaled to 2560×1440@60Hz output
    O: lnput=2560×10800@60Hz & Up-scaled to 3440×1440@30Hz output

This Video Up-Scaling Function Is Specially Useful for Source Compatibility or KVM Extender Compatibility.
For Example:

  1. Source Is Capable of Only 1080p Output
  2. Source Is Placed 1 S0M away & Requires Long Reach Function of HDBaseT Extension (1080p) In Such Cases, The Scaled Output Can Improve Image Clarity on Modern Hi-Resolution Displays.

** Switching between screen layout modes might require image fine-tuning
(User can save fine-tunned setting to user’s presets)
