Can the Aqara Cube T1 Pro be connected to the mobile phone directly?
The Aqara CubeT1 Pro cannot be connected to the mobile phone directly.
An Aqara Zigbee 3.0 Hub is required, please connect the Aqara Hub with the mobile phone, and update the hub firmware to the latest version, then connect the Aqara CubeT1 Pro to the hub. -
What actions does the scene mode of Aqara Cube T1 Pro support ?
- Flip 90 °: Take the Cube and flip 90 °
- Flip 180 °: Take the Cube and flip 180°
- Tap Twice: Take the Cube and tap twice
- Push : Push the Cube on a flat surface
- Rotate: Rotate the Cube on a flat surface
- Shake: Take the Cube and shake it back and forth twice quickly
- Triggered after one minute of inactivity: the cube is moved after one minute of inactivity

1. Face X is up: Put the face X (1~6/any) of the Cube up
2. Shake: Take the Cube and shake it back and forth twice quickly
3. Pick up and hold: pick up the Cube and keep it still
4. When the face X of the Cube is up: face X of the Cube is now facing upwards.
5. Triggered after one minute of inactivity: the cube is moved after one minute of inactivity

What mode does the Aqara Cube T1 Pro support in HomeKit?
- The default mode of Aqara Cube T1 Pro is scene mode, Homekit only supports the Aqara Cube T1
- Pro scene mode,the Cube T1 Pro cannot be added to HomeKit when it is in action mode. If the cube has been added to HomeKit , switching to action mode will cause Cube T1 Pro to go offline directly.

Aqara Home App>Accessory>”+”>select Aqara Cube T1 Pro >select hub> Open the lid with the metal strip which comes with the package , long press the reset button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator blinks 2 times. -
How do I reset the Aqara Cube T1 pro ?
If you don’t want to use it or you want to add it to other hubs, remove the lid with the metal strip which comes with the package, long press the reset button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator blinks for 2 times. Then , follow the Aqara Home app’s instruction to complete the pairing. -
How do I check the event log for the Aqara Cube T1 pro ?
Please follow the steps below:
Aqara Home App>Accessories>Aqara Cube T1 Pro>Log
If the log is not updated, please pull down the log page to refresh. -
Does the Aqara CubeT1 Pro support other brands’ hubs?
The Aqara Cube T1 pro must be paired with an
Aqara Zigbee 3.0 Hub. We do not support and cannot guarantee the reliability of the sensor when paired with non-Aqara products. -
If the external network (ie. Wi-Fi) is down, wil the Aqara CubeT1 Pro still function?
- If the external network is down, the app control
function for the Aqara Cube T1 Pro will no longer be available. But the local control automation for the Aqara Cube will not be affected and its connection with other smart devices will function normally.

What can I do if the Aqara CubeT1 Pro goes ffline?
Possible reasons:-
The accessory is too far away from the hub.
Please try to install the accessory closer to the hub.Normally, we recommend 7 – 10 meters as the maximum distance from the hub for the device. 7~10 meters is the ideal environment, there needs to be no obstacles affecting the network. -
Low battery or dead battery. Please replace the battery.

The accessory is installed on a metal surface and the signal is interfered with. Please avoid metal surfaces.

What if I could not connect the Aqara Cube T1 Pro to the app?
- Check to see if the hub’s firmware version is up to date.
- Check if the hub is already in the pairing mode.
- Check if the cube is reset successfully, and the LED indicator is blinking as expected.
- Keep the cube as close as possible to the hub and keep trying.
- Try with another child device to see if there is something wrong with the sensor itself.
- Try with another hub and see if there is something wrong with the previous hub.
- Please be aware that we can add no more than 32 child devices to a hub at the same time.
