How It Works

• The product requires manual operation of the driver installation program on some devices or systems. Please visit the following website to download: https://www.vention.cn/supportni0ownload.
• Please Select the Bluetooth driver program that is in accordance with the system version of your device and the product model, and download and run the installation.

Driver Installation

Step 1: Choose either of the steps to install the driver

1. Put the driver CD into the computer CD-ROM, double-click the file folder, and find the setup.exec driver, and double-click to install.
2. Go to [Vention official websiteF[Support]-[Download] and find the driver of the Bluetooth version corresponding to the model in the windows driver list to download and install.

Step 2 : Click [Next] according to the installation instruction

Step 3: Click [Finish] , reboot the system and use the Bluetooth function

Notes: if there is a conflict between the built-in Bluetooth of the system and the Bluetooth adapter, please do the following:

1. Unplug the Bluetooth adapter first.
2. Click into [Device Manager] and find the built-in Bluetooth driver of the system.
3. Right-click to disable the built-in Bluetooth driver of the system, then the prompt box of whether to disable the device pops up, please select [ yes].

Notes

1. For the Windows XP/Win7 system(Win8/8.1/10/11 can use without a driver when connecting to the network), this product needs to install the driver which can be download from the address in the instruction manual or accessory CD to work. this adapter supports data and audio file transmission.
2. Simultaneous connection of different types of Bluetooth devices (Mouse/Keyboard/GamePad/Speaker/Earphone, etc.) is recommended to be less than 7.
3. it does not work with Apple Mac and other operating systems.
