Thank you for purchasing NUVITA 3043 Video Baby Monitor. Please retain your original dated sales receipt for your records. For warranty service of your product, you will need to provide a copy of your dated sales receipt to confirm warranty status. Registration is not required for warranty coverage.
This digital video Baby Monitor is compliant with all relevant standards regarding electromagnetic fields and is, when handled as described in the User’s Guide, safe to use. Therefore, always read the instructions in this User’s Guide carefully before using the device.

WARNING

Choose a location for the Baby Unit that will provide the best view of your baby in their cot. Place the Baby Unit on a flat surface, such as a dresser, desk, or shelf or mount the Unit to a wall securely using the keyhole slots on the underside of the stand.
Strangulation Hazard: Children have strangled in cords. Keep this cord out of the reach of the children (more than 1 meter away).

WARNING

1. Only use the provided power adapter.
2. Adult assembly is required. Keep small parts away from children when assembling.
3. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
4. This Baby Monitor is not a substitute for responsible adult supervision.
5. Keep this User’s Guide for future reference.
6. Do not cover the Baby Monitor with a towel or blanket.
7. Never use extension cords with power adapters. Only use the power adapters provided.
8. Test this monitor and all its functions so that you are familiar with it prior to actual use.
9. Do not use the Baby Monitor near water.
10. Do not place the Baby Monitor near a heat source.
11. Do not touch the plug contacts with sharp or metal objects.

SETUP

1. Connect the power adapter to the Baby Camera. Switch the POWER button to turn it ON. Connect with the power adapter during the use.
2. Connect the power adapter to the Parent Display. Press and hold the POWER button on to turn it ON. Connect with the power adapter when in low battery status.
   ATTENTION Charge the Parent Display for 16 hours before FIRST USE. Strangulation Hazard: Children have strangled in cords. Keep this cord out of the reach of the children (more than 1 meter away).

NIGHT VISION

When the room is dark, the image will be in black and white, due to the infrared function of the Baby Unit

MENU FUNCTION (PARENT DISPLAY)

To add a camera, to be done on the first pairing or when you add a new camera:

1. On Parent unit, press MENU.
2. Select “Camera”.
3. Select “Add camera”.
4. Press “OK”.
5. On the Baby unit, press the Hold Pairing Button.

VIEW

1. On Parent unit, press MENU.
2. Select “View”.
3. Press OK.
4. Select the camera to view.

LULLABIES

1. On Parent unit, press MENU.
2. Select “Lullabies”.
3. Press OK.
4. Select lullabies on the list to play. It will automatically single cycle once you chose one of lullabies; If chose All, it will automatically repeat all the lullabies list.

FEEDING TIMER

1. On Parent unit, press MENU.
2. Select “Feeding Timer”.
3. Press OK.
4. Select the time lap for feeding OR Select “Setting” to set the time lap.
5. Count Down Timer appears on the Screen.
6. Alarm for 5 seconds after counting down.

SETTING

1. Language Setting
   Select “Language Setting”.

2. Brightness Setting
   Select brightness level. Press

3. Date & Time
   Set date and time.

4. High-Low Temperature Alarm Setting
   Baby Camera detects Baby’s room temperature. Set the Room Temperature Limit. Alarm for 5 seconds when over/below limits

5. Temperature unit °C/°F
   Select °C/°F

6. Frequency
   Select wireless frequency 60Hz or 50Hz. Pick the frequency with less interference

7. Motion Detecting
   Select ON/OFF to receive an alarm once any movement is detected by Baby Camera.

8. VOX
   Select Sensitivity Level / OFF to receive an alarm once any sound is detected.

9. Power Saving
   Select ON / OFF. The parent Displays sleep automatically within 10 seconds in idle status. Press the Power button to wake up the Display.

10. Default Setting
    Select ON / OFF to Restore Factory Default Setting

CLEANING

1. Clean the Baby Monitor with a slightly damp cloth or with an anti-static cloth.
2. Never use cleaning agents or abrasive solvents.
3. Do not clean any part of the product with thinners or other solvents and chemicals – this may cause permanent damage to the product which is not covered by the warranty.
4. Keep the Baby Monitor away from hot, humid areas or strong sunlight, and don’t let it get wet.
5. If something does go wrong, please do not try to repair it yourself – contact Customer Service for assistance

DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE (ENVIRONMENT)

At the end of the product lifecycle, you should not dispose of this product with normal household waste. Take this product to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. The symbol on the product, user’s guide, and/or box indicates this.
Some of the product materials can be reused if you take them to a recycling point. By reusing some parts or raw materials from used products you make an important contribution to the protection of the environment.

Please contact your local authorities in case you need more information on the collection points in your area.
The internal battery should be disposed of with the Parent unit in an environmentally-friendly manner according to your local regulations.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This product benefits of a warranty of 24 months on material and manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase (see sales slip).
The warranty of 24 months does not include damages caused by the usual use of parties identified as
“consumable” (e.g., batteries, brush heads or parts subject to usury).

The legal guarantee of 24 months is void if:

• The product has undergone aesthetic damage due to improper use not in accordance with instructions in the manual.
• This product has been modified and/or tampered with.
• The cause of the failure was due to poor maintenance of the individual components and/or accessories and/or supplies (e.g. oxidation and/or scaling due to the retention of water or other liquids, sediment blocking the sensor, leak of corrosive liquid from batteries).

The following is excluded from the legal guarantee of 24 months:

1. Costs related to replacements and/or repair of parts subject to wear or costs for ordinary maintenance of the product.
2. The costs and risks involved in transporting the product to and from the store where you purchased or otherwise authorized collection center to receive the products under warranty.
3. Damage caused by or resulting from improper installation or improper use not in accordance with the directions in the instruction manual.
4. Damage due to natural disasters, accidental events, or adverse conditions not compatible with the product.
5. Defects that have a negligible effect on product performance.

The manufacturer, distributor, and all the parties involved in the sale do not assume any liability for losses and economic damage from any malfunction of the product. In accordance with current regulations the manufacturer, distributor, and all the parties involved in the sale are not responding in any case for damages, including direct, and indirect ones, loss of net income, loss of savings and additional damage and other details consequences going beyond the damage caused by the breach of warranty, contract, strict liability, wrongdoing or due to other causes, resulting from the use or inability to use the product and/or paper and electronic documents, including the lack of service.
