Exchange/Return

1. For basic exchanges and returns, please contact the seller.
2. Exchange/return is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, and the customer must pay the shipping cost for an exchange/return due to a simple change of mind.

Precautions

Usage Information

1. When charging an iPhone, ‘Fast Charging’ message is not displayed, and it shows ‘Charged’.
2. If the smartphone case is too thick (more than 3mm) or made of metal or magnetic, wireless charging may not work properly.
3. Depending on the phone mode it may not support fast or wireless charging. Refert o your phone manual.
4. For fast charging, you must use QC3.0 or PD charger, and a fast-charging cable.
5. All wireless chargers charge very fast when the battery is below 301/o. Martha the charging speed gradually slows.
6. Due to the nature of fast wireless charging, there may be some heat generated during charging.
7. If the battery temperature of the smartphone increases above a certain level, the charging speed may be slowed, or charging may be stopped for safety. If wireless charging is attempted in a high- temperature environment, the smartphone itself may block wireless charging instead of the device. (e.g., under direct sunlight in summer)

Component

How to use

1. Connect the main body and the fast charging cable. An animation will play for the first time when connected.
2. Place your mobile phone on top of the product. Charging starts after playing the animation once, and the LED blinks slowly while charging.
3. The LED stays on once the phone is fully charged.
