Before connecting, please make sure that:
- Do not put the equip-ment near the fire or in a damp environment.
- Placed on a stable ground do not place cat litter pads , yoga mats and other products at the bottom.
- Install all accessories such as upper cover , drawer , etc.
- The device should be placed next to the router so that the connection is more stable.
- Please open Wi-Fi in your phone settings and connect to your own network in advance.
- Please turn on blue-tooth in the phone settings in advance.
Quick connection method
- Download the “Smart Life” app, you can search for “ Smart Life “through the App store on your phone or scan the QR code on the right to download and install.
- Open the app ,register and log in,and click the Home Page to “Add Device” , and the app will enter the scanning page.
- Plug in the device and the device will emit a short ring tones . Then press the button on the front of the device until you hear a ring tone and then release the button .Do not release the button when you hear “Bi ” or “Bi Bi”in the middle.
- The APP displays the devices that can be connected Then click Add.
- After the connection is successful, enter the correct Wi-Fi password according to the app prompt to complete the binding .And the connection process takes about 30 seconds.
- After the connection is successful enter the operation page and click “Reset”to check whether it works.
