PF18TVCP Transfer Valve Trim

Caution-Tips:
Always turn off water supply before removing existing faucet or replacing any part of the faucet. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure and ensure that water is completely shut off.

Care Instructions:

To preserve the finish of your faucet, apply non-abrasive wax. Any cleaners should be rinsed off immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the faucet.

You may need

1. Recommended valve depth is 1-5/8” min to 2-3/8” max from the center of the valve to the finished wall as shown.

2. Install brass stem extension (1) to the valve body.
   

3. Screw nut (2) onto the threaded section of valve body.

4. Place escutcheon (1) on the valve with drain hole (2) at the bottom.
   

5. Place handle onto brass stem extension and tighten the handle seat (1).

6. Measure and note the distance”XX”
   ( the distance between the bottom of handle assembly (1) and escutcheon (2) ).
   

7. Remove the handle assembly (1) , escututcheoeon (2) , nut (3) and brass stem extension (4) from valve body.
   

8. Cut brass stem extension (1) the amount noted in step #6.
   ( Never cut the stem while still on the valve. This may damage the valve.)

9. Screw nut (1) onto thread section of valve body. Insert the brass stem extension (2) to valve body. Tighten screw (3).
   

10. Position escutcheon (1) on valve body with drain hole (2) at the bottom. Place handle onto the brass stem extension and tighten handle seat (3).

11. Installation completed
    

12. Adjust handle position to control flowing pattern.
    Other position settings may or may not be used depending on the type of transfer cartridge purchased.
    CALGreen cartridge (MIR6150) does not have shared positions.
