Atomic Projection Alarm

POWER UP

  1. Insert 2-AA batteries into your Outdoor Sensor.
  2. Insert the 5 volt power cord into the outlet, then into your Projection Alarm. Optional: Insert 3-AAA batteries for backup.
  3. Set time, date, etc.
  4. Once the sensor is reading to your station, place sensor outside in a shaded location.

ADJUSTABLE BACKLIGHT

  • Press and release the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to activate the backlight for 5 seconds.
  • The backlight does not remain on constantly.

SETTINGS

  1. Hold the SET/°F/°C button to enter the Setting Menu.
  2. Press the +/TEMP or -/TIME button to adjust and SET/°F/°C to confirm.

Note: Press one button at a time while in the setting menu.

Settings Menu Order:

  • WWVB Atomic Time (ON/OFF)
  • Time Zone
  • DST Daylight Saving Time (ON/OFF)
  • 12/24 Hour Time Format
  • Hour
  • Minutes
  • Year
  • Month
  • Date

Note: Weekday will set automatically as year, month and date are set.

ATOMIC TIME SIGNAL (WWVB)

  • The Atomic Time Signal icon (tower) will flash while searching, and be solid when connected.
  • Hold the -/TIME button anytime, to manually search for the atomic time signal.
  • The backlight and USB charging port will momentarily turn off while the clock searches for the atomic signal.

FAHRENHEIT / CELSIUS

  • Press the SET/°F/°C button to select between a Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature display.

PROJECTION ON/OFF

  • ON/OFF: Projection can be turned ON or OFF by sliding the PROJECTION ON/OFF button.

PROJECTION ROTATION

  • Press the PROJECTION button to rotate the projection image in 180 degree increments.

PROJECTION FOCUS WHEEL

PROJECTION ALTERNATES TIME/TEMP

  • The projection will alternate between Time and Outdoor Temperature. This is not adjustable.

ALARM SETTINGS

  1. Hold the ALARM button to enter the Alarm Settings menu.
  2. Use the +/TEMP or -/TIME buttons to adjust values.
  3. Press the ALARM button to confirm adjustments and move to the next item. The alarm is active when set.

ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE ALARM

  • Press the ALARM button once to view alarm time.
  • While viewing the alarm time, press ALARM again to activate or deactivate the alarm.
  • Press ALARM button to stop a sounding alarm for 24 hours.
  • When active, the alarm bell will show, and will diappear when deactivated.

SNOOZE

  • Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to silence alarm for 10 minutes. Zz will show.
  • Press the ALARM button to stop the alarm for 24 hours.

MOON PHASE

SEARCH FOR SENSOR

  • If the station loses connection with your sensor, it will display its last recorded data for 10 minutes.
  • After this 10 minutes, if the signal does not return, dashes will show for your outdoor temperature readings.
  • Hold the +/TEMP button for 3 seconds to perform a search for your outdoor sensor.

LOW BATTERY INDICATOR

  • When battery appears in Outdoor Temperature section, replace batteries in your Outdoor Sensor.
  • When battery appears in Indoor Temperature section, replace batteries in your Projection Alarm.

SENSOR WEATHER SHIELD-NOT INCLUDED

  • The Sensor Weather Shield is designed to protect your outdoor sensor from rain and snow.
  • This shield will offer limited protection from the sun’s heat.

CARE + MAINTENANCE

  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix Alkaline, Lithium, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
  • Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for intended use.
  • Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
  • Ensure the batteries have with correct polarity (+ / -).
  • Remove batteries from equipment that will not to be used for an extended period.
  • Promptly remove expired batteries.
