OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Consumable installation

  2. Starting up
    Press and hold the On/Off button to turn on the machine

  3. Shutdown
    In the boot state, press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds, after the indicator lights off the key can be released, the printer shutdown.
    Note: The printer will reset if the power button is held down for more than 3 seconds.

  4. Paper walking (manual feeding)
    a. paper type is continuous paper
    Boot state, short press a power key (release within 3 seconds) , the printer paper 5 mm;
    b. paper type is black label paper or clearance paper or orifice paper
    When the machine is turned on, press the power button once (within 3 seconds to release) , the printer starts to run to the black mark/gap/orifice and stops running if it is not black mark/gap/orifice, then the printer can not find the black mark/gap/positioning hole error after 16cm of paper running, which can be cleared by reloading paper。
    Note: the type of paper needs to be set by the printer to change the type of paper。

  5. Print self-check
    In the boot state, click the power button twice, the printer will print self- inspection page。

  6. Calibration sensor
    In the gap paper mode, there is no way to detect the gap of the label paper, you can try to solve this problem through calibration.

Calibration method:

  1. Turn the printer off and install the paper that needs to be calibrated。
  2. Press the power button again and the printer starts to calibrate。
  3.  The printer will shut down automatically if the calibration is successful. If the calibration is unsuccessful, the printer will not shut down。
    Note: The calibration function is only valid for clearance paper。

Indicator Status Statement

Color Status Implications
Green Constant brightness The printer is in its normal ready state
Green Flash (0.2 second interval) Battery’     s low
Red Constant brightness The printer is out of paper
Red Flash (0.1 second interval) Gap detection error
Red Flash (0.5 second interval) The printer overheated
Blue Constant brightness The printer Bluetooth is connected
Blue Flash The printer Bluetooth is receiving data

Note: When you plug in the USB cable to charge, the printer will only indicate the charging status, the other status is no longer indicated, green always bright means: full, green flashing means: charging

Routine maintenance

Dust, foreign matter, sticky material, adhesion on the print head will reduce the print quality,print head dirty please follow the following methods to clean the print head。
Precautions before cleaning:

  1. Be sure to power off the printer before cleaning
  2. Because when printing, the print head will become very hot, so to clean the print head, please turn off the power after waiting 2 ~ 3 minutes to start cleaning
  3. When cleaning, please do not touch the print head directly with your hand to avoid damage caused by static electricity。
  4. Be careful not to scratch the print head。

Cleaning method:

  1. Open the top cover of the printer, use a cleaning pen or cotton swab with diluted alcohol, and clean along the middle to both sides of the print head。
  2. After cleaning the print head, do not use the printer immediately, wait for the use of alcohol completely evaporated (1 ~ 2 minutes) , the print head can be used after completely dry。
