Download Printer Firmware

1. Execute the program “FW Download Program.exe”.
2. Select Model “LK-P20N”.
3. Choose the ROM file after clicking the “FILE OPEN” button.
4. Click the button “Printer F/W”.
5. When the following message shows up ,click “Yes” button
6. The Buzzer will sound soon and the power will turn off.

Download Fonts

1. Execute the program “FW Download Program.exe”.
2. Select Model “LK- P20N”.
3. Choose the font file after clicking “FILE OPEN” button.
4. Click the button “Ext’ Font”.
5. When the following message shows up , click the “Yes” button.
6. The Buzzer will sound soon and the power will turn off.

Download Bluetooth (or Wi-Fi) Firmware

3-1 Wi-Fi or Bluetooth BLUE GIGA

1. You can see Bluetooth(or Wi-Fi) version on “Self Test” If the version is lower than yours, do update.
2. Execute the program “FW Download Program.exe”.
3. Select Model “LK- P20N”.
4. Choose the rom file after clicking “FILE OPEN” button.
5. Click the button “BT(or Wi-Fi) F/W”.
6. When the following message shows up ,click “Yes” button.

3-2 Bluetooth MOVON 4.2

1. Execute the program “Configuration Tool.exe”.
2. Refer to “Configuration Tool Manual” and set BLE “Enable”.
3. Run Bluetooth in your android phone.
4. Link “ MOVON BLE Device ” in your android phone.
5. Download and Install OTA_Android.
6. Run LE OTA .
7. Tab to select a device and select “MOVON_BLE”.
8. Click “Connect” and “Tab to select OTA image”.
9. Select OTA image file to use, then press Update button.
10. You can see “Success”.

Download ICR Firmware

1. Execute the program “FW Download Program.exe”.
2. Select Model “LK-P20N”.
3. Choose the rom file after clicking “FILE OPEN” button.
4. Click the button “ICR F/W”.
5. When the following message shows up , click the “Yes” button
6. The Buzzer will sound soon and the power will turn off.

Recovery Mode

1. Cover open the printer.
2. Press the Feed and Power button to enter recovery mode
3. If the battery led blinks, release the button.
4. Execute the program “FW Download Program.exe”.
5. Select Model “LK- P20N”.
6. Choose the rom file after clicking “FILE OPEN” button.
7. Click the button “Printer F/W”.
8. When the following message shows up, click the “Yes” button.
9. The Buzzer will sound soon and the power will turn off.
