Overview
- Pull the knob in the direction indicated by the arrow in order to release the tourniquet.
- Pull the ends of the elastic cord (without clip) in order to stop circulation.

Please read these instructions thoroughly and carefully before attempting to use this product and heed the care instructions.
Utilization: The Stripp-Quick Tourniquets are only to be used by authorized personnel.
Purpose: They are intented as an ausiliary means for the stagnation of blood, the withdrawal of blood or in the cae of infusions.
Operation: Single and two-hand operation are possible. To use, place the compression loop around the extremity. Next, the ends of the elastic cord can be pulled with either one or two hands until the blood flow to the extremity has been sufficiently stemmed. To release the tourniquet, simply pull the knob.
Unsuited use/contraindiction of the products: Any use other than that described here is not in accordance with the intended use of the unit. The manufacturer is not liable for any resulting damages. The user alone bears the risk.
Further information, maintenance, storage: When used and stored properly, the tourniquet will serve you many years.
Guarantee: When used under normal circumstances and with attention to
these instructions (User’s Manual), we guarantee this product for two years
after the date of purchase.

please contact your dealer!
Cleaning: In order to avoid dirt accumulation and dust, please always store the tourniquet in its packaging. The unit can be cleaned with a damp, soft and lint-free cloth. To disinfect the tourniquet, a cloth dampened with alcohol can be used.
Warning: No special requirements
Limitation of reuse preparation: No special requirements. It is recommended that the instruments be reprepared immediately after their use.
Instructions
Workstation: Remove dirt accumulation on surfaces with a disposable cloth.
Storage and transport: No special requirements.
Cleaning preparation: No special requirements.
Manual cleaning: The concentration of surface disinfectants and/or purifying agents is itemized in the manufacturer operating instructions.
Automatic cleaning: Cannot be cleaned automatically.
Disinfection: The compression loop and the lock are to be disinfected with helipur for example. The concentrations and reaction times given by the manufacturer must be followed.
Maintenance: Defective parts must be sorted out and/or replaced.
Check and performance test: The smooth running of all movable parts (such as setscrews) must be ensured.
Packaging: Individual packaging: a standard polyethylene bag can be used. The size of the bag must correspond to the size of the instrument so that it closes properly.
Sterilization: No sterilization required, as it is not a surgical instrument.
Storage: No special requirements
