On the inside of the door, there is no shelf.
What should I do if the wall plug is not included?
It had a plug in it at my office, I just plugged it in.
What is the product’s decibel sound level?
Although I’m not sure of the exact decibel level, the fan produces a mild humming noise. I imagine this might affect you if you had this in a small room and are bothered by any noise when studying or sleeping. But I don’t think it’s loud or annoying.
How do I turn on the heat?
The device doesn’t have a heat function; the problem is being fixed. I appreciate you alerting us about it.
How do I acquire the plug for the wall outlet?
It has both wall and car plugs.
Is it a star of energy?
This appliance does not have compressor cooling. It is kept at a temperature that is 20 to 25 degrees below room temperature thanks to a thermoelectric cooling module. Energy Star ratings are not available for this kind of equipment.
Does it cool to 20 or 32 degrees Fahrenheit less than the surrounding temperature? Both numbers are included in the product description—very perplexing!
The unit can only lower the temperature by a maximum of 20–25°F.
If so, is it magnetic? Can you attach magnets to it, etc.
Magnets can adhere to external surfaces, yes.
Can you use this while lying down?
This device will function in every setting, but you must make sure there is adequate room for ventilation. Because the fan keeps the device cold, it must have ample room to operate.

I do endorse this mini-fridge. It’s ideal to keep in my mother’s room.

Six 16.9 oz. water bottles will fit. On the interior shelf, I have five bottles standing up, and one bottle is resting flat below the shelf. Inside the door, I keep several face masks. Anything that may spoil wouldn’t be included in this.
