Thank you for purchasing a handmade toy!
Please make sure you have the following pieces:
- 4 short rods
- 2 long rods
- 2 sideboards
- 4wheels
- 4 flat washers
- Screws and wooden caps
You will need an electric or manual screwdriver.
Before starting
IMPORTANT
- Remove all wrapping material before you start to assemble. Sorting your pieces will make assembly easier.
- Do not tighten all screws until completely assembled and
- Make sure to screw the pieces at a low speed to avoid them from cracking.
INSTALLATION

Start with one side board, inserting the 4 short rods in their corresponding slots, you may sit the rods on the floor and use a toothpick or alike tool to align the holes and prevent wood damage.

Once you verify that the rod is aligned, proceed to insert and fasten the screws on that side.

Flip the side board and place the second one on top, making sure the rods are properly inserted in their corresponding slots.

You may apply downward pressure to ensure all rods are fully inserted into the sideboard.

Fasten the rods with the screws on this side.

Take one long rod and apply a small amount of wood glue to the threaded end, and screw in the first wheel.

The rods’ end and the wheels must be flush.

Insert a flat washer into the rod and slip the rod through one of the holes at the bottom of the sideboard.

Insert the second flat washer and apply a small amount of wood glue to the threaded end of the rod.

Screw in the wheel, remember that the end of the rod and the wheel must be flush.
Repeat the same process for the second long rod and its wheels.

Apply a small amount of wood glue to the wooden caps and insert them into place to cover the screwheads.
