Reminders

Installation and removal of brush head

Removing the Brush Head

Installing the Brush Head
Insert the groove on toothbrush head into the bump and align the brush head according to 1, and then turn it tightly according to 2.

Charging Method

  1. Open the waterproof protection cover on the back of the wireless charging base, insert the TYPE-C charging cable Into the wireless charging base Jack, and connect the other end to the power charger and plug it into a household power outlet (please use a power charger that meets the specifications), after the connection Is completed, the LED light of the charging base will be on constantly.
  2. Place the toothbrush base on the wireless charger base for charging, the LED light of the tooth- brush base rotates clockwise and continues to turn on, indicating that the toothbrush is being charged. Charging will be completed In about 8 hours (charging time may vary depending on the charge level). After charging is complete, all LED lights on the toothbrush will be turned off after 1 minute to save energy.
  3. When the toothbrush is fully charged and placed on the charging stand, the LED lights will light up once In order, and then light up constantly, which means the power Is fully charged.
  4. To ensure your safety and save energy, please unplug the wireless charging base after charging is completed.
  5. If you have not used this product for a long time, the charging indicator light may not show when the electric toothbrush Is charging, please walt for 3-5 minutes to resume normal charging.
  6. It is recommended that the environmental temperature is within the range of 5°C to 35% for charging. If the temperature Is too high or too low, the battery may not be charged properly.

Used as a barrier when children are first learning to brush

The function of the barrier: To prevent the toothbrush from going too deep Into the mouth and causing dryness and other accidents in young children who are learning to brush their teeth.
The function of the barrier: To promote the development of brain perception and oral muscle development through tactile stimulation.

How to use

A. Connecting arpha Kids APP

  1. This product supports arpha Kids APP binding. You can scan the QR code of the outer box or search “arpha Kids” APP in the app store of your cell phone, download, and install it.
  2. In arpha Kids APP, register and log In to your account, and follow the instructions on the screen guide. When the screen of arpha Kids APP is opened, short press the button of toothbrush base, and the bonding will be shown on the screen, which means the bonding is completed.
  3. Please make sure the Bluetooth of your cell phone is on, and keep the toothbrush close to your cell phone during the connection process.

B. Brushing with a toothbrush alone

  1. Wet the bristles of the toothbrush head and squeeze on an appropriate amount of toothpaste.

  2. After short press the toothbrush base operation key, the base will sound the “Hello” beep and the punching LED will light up in the clock direction, and then light up constantly according to the position of the current punching data, and the toothbrush base will enter standby mode.

  3. Put the bristles on the outer side of the child’s teeth and press the operation key again in the standby mode, the toothbrush will beep “Get Ready” and play the brushing music to start the brushing process.

  4. Short press the operation key to pause/restart the brushing process; If you need to terminate the brushing process, please press and hold the operation key for more than 1 second, the toothbrush will stop operation and emit the “See You” beep.

  5. According to The Bass Method, the mouth is divided into 4 areas (as shown in the figure below), and the toothbrush Is moved horlzontally from the outside to the Inside with a slight up and down motion. Every $0 seconds there will be a pause of 0.5 seconds, indicating the completion of one area, then you can switch to the next area to brush your teeth, and continue to complete 4 areas of brushing action (this is the complete brushing process), the toothbrush base will automatically stop working, and emit “super super” beep, punch the LED light will continue to light for 1 minute. Then the “See you” beep will be emitted and the base will automatically enter the shutdown state.

  6. After brushing, rinse the toothbrush head and shake off any excess water on the head and the base.
    Keep the brush head and the base clean and dry, and store in a cool, dry place.

C. Brush with the use of APP

  1. Short press the toothbrush bose operation button to enter the standby mode; at the same time, open the arpha Kids APP, login to your account and select the user to enter the main screen.
  2. After the main screen shows that the toothbrush Is successfully connected, press the toothbrush button or “Start Brushing” on the main screen of APP to enter the brushing mode.
  3. During the brushing process, you can pause and stop the brushing process by using the toothbrush base or operation screen of the APP.
  4. The brushing mode Is the same as using the Toothbrush base alone.

Introduction to the main screen of APP

Punching function

  1. During the brushing process, the punching LED will be flashing in the current punching position.
    After brushing process is completed once, the corresponding punching LED will always be on, which means the punching is successful.

  2. In the process of brushing teeth due to operation error or other needs, please press and hold the operation button for 1 second to stop the toothbrush operation and cancel the current clocking process, if you want to complete the clocking process, you need to restart the toothbrush and complete the brushing process once again.

Light spectrum – About yellow light

Cleaning Suggestions

  • Place the brush head under water and move it back and forth to rinse the bristles.
  • Place the toothbrush head under water for cleaning.
  • After cleaning, gently shake the toothbrush head to remove excess water and dry the toothbrush base with a soft cloth.

Maintenance

  • Use a clean soft cloth to wipe off the dirt on the outer casing of the product.
  • Do not use volatile cleaning agents or solvents such os alcohol to wipe the dirt.
  • Try to place the product in a ventilated place and avoid sunlight exposure for too long.
  • When not in use for a long time, the cordless charger plug should be unplugged, and the tooth- brush head and toothbrush base should be  horoughly cleaned and stored in a cool, dry place.
  • It is recommended that the toothbrush head be replaced regularly on a 1 month cycle to maintain the best dental cleaning effect.

Common problems and troubleshooting

  • When the power Is too low, all the punching LEDs on the toothbrush base will blink for 5 seconds and then shut down automatically.
  • When the toothbrush Is in the ready state with the light on, and there is no operation for more than 2 minutes, the toothbrush will automatically enter the shutdown mode.
  • The toothbrush can not be used in the charging state.
