ASSEMBLY
- Tools Needed: None
Step 1: Assemble Wheel Base
Parts Needed: 1 Male End Wheel Base and 1 Female End Wheel Base.
Identify the Male End Wheel Base and the Female End Wheel Base. Push base ends
together and secure with D-Ring.
Caution: When closing the D-Ring, use the palm of your hand to lock it
into place.
Step 2: Assemble Loop Frame to Wheel Base
Parts Needed: 4 D-Rings, 2 Loop Frames, and 1 Assembled Wheel Base.
The “Cart” sticker faces outward when positioning the Loop Frame. Place
assembled Wheel Base in an upright position. Insert the Loop Frame into the
posts of the Wheel Base. Secure with D-Rings. To align holes you may need to
gently tap upwards on the Loop Frame. Repeat for 2nd Loop Frame.
Caution: When closing the D-Ring, use the palm of your hand to lock it
into place.
Step 2: Assemble Top Frame
Parts Needed: 1 Top Frame
Loosely set Top Frame on Loop Frame. Push in Push Pins on To both sides of
frame and snap To- Frame into place.
Step 3: Inflate Wheels
Parts Needed: 2 Wheels, 1 Manual Air Pump
Assembly
Inflate Balloon wheels with a hand pump. When inflated, wheel has a diameter
of 12″ to 13″. It will feel soft, that is why it works well in sand.
Note: If wheels are “plowing sand” instead of riding over the sand,
inflate wheels an additional 3 to 5 pumps.
Step 4: Assemble Wheel to Wheel Base
Parts Needed: 2 Wheels, 2 Quick Release Pins
Slide Wheels onto frame and insert Quick Release Pins downwards into hole next to wheels. Flip the locking ring over the end of axle to se- cure the Pin.
To Secure SUPs
- Loop Strap around frame and top of SUPs.
- Thread end of Strap through buckle.
