SETUP & OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Setting Password : Press CLEAR button; it indicates 0000; press password 01234 by UP and DOWN buttons; press ENTER; It displays main menu UV DISPLAY; again press ENTER; it displays UV DISPLAY ABSOLUTE. Press DOWN. It displays UV DISPLAY RELATIVE. The meaning of the UV DISPLAY ABSOLUTE & UV DISPLAY RELATIVE are given below.
a. UV DISPLAY ABSOLUTE (It Indicates 0 to 5000 mW/cm2)
b. UV DISPLAY RELATIVE (Its Indicates 0 to 100%)
Setting For Alarm Set Point : Press CLEAR and enter password by UP and DOWN. Press UP twice; It shows main menu UV ALARM; Press ENTER; It displays UV ALARM EDIT; Again press ENTER; Alarm will be set on by pressing UP and OFF by pressing DOWN. Press ENTER to go back to main screen.
Setting the Low UV Alarm Set Point : The alaram point will be a number between 20-90%. The selection is typically based upon the lamp type & operating conditions. Typical alarm set Point value for Unit with HX lamps 80% and standard lamps 60%.
Setting 100% UV LEVEL : Setting 100% UV LEVEL is just like setting password. After Setting password press ENTER; it shows Main Menu UV DISPLAY press ENTER; it shows UV DISPLAY ABSOLUTE; then press UP; it shows UV DISPLAYRELATIVE;then press ENTER & press UP four times; it shows Main Menu UV 100% LEVEL; press ENTER; it shows UV LEVEL EDIT ;then press ENTER ; it sets UV LEVEL. The UV LEVEL will be set by mW/cm2; then insert that number in UV LEVEL; it will be around 0 to 5000 mW/cm2.
Lamp Burning Hours Setting: Press Clear Button and same password has to be put as per Point No.1. Press UP button five times till it shows Main Menu RESET LAMP HOURS. press ENTERafter It shows RESET LAMP HOURS YES/RETURN as per requirement. (Note: This lamp burning hours Process will be set while changing for new lamp). Fig.6 & Fig.7 For checking lamp burning hours press UP button for 1 sec. it will show display.
