DOOR safe 3114 WiFi PIR Motion Sensor
Instruction
STAP 1: → Download de app:

Create an account in the app.

Once the app is ready to use, grab the sensor.

Open sensor by pressing the button.

Insert the batteries into the sensor.

The LED light on the front of the sensor will now briefly light up red.

Now press 1 x 5 sec. on the Reset button (5) so that the LED light flashes green quickly.

Now press 1 x 5 sec. on the Reset button (5) so that the LED light flashes green slowly.
(If the LED on the sensor flashes green quickly, the app will automatically try to connect to the network that the sensor is broadcasting. But this doesn’t always work. Therefore, it is preferable to choose the mode where the LED on the sensor slowly flashes green and it is necessary to manually connect to the network that transmits the sensor.)
STEP 2:
- Go to the home screen of the app.
- Press + (Add Device)
- In the app, select: ‘SENSORS’
- Select: ‘MOTION DETECTOR (WIFI)’
- Make sure Smartphone is connected to your 2.4Ghz WiFi network
- Enter your 2.4Ghz WiFi password
- Select: ‘Confirm indicator is blinking rapidly’
- Select: ‘Blink slowly’
- Choose ‘Go to Connect’
- The sensor is now transmitting a WiFi network when the LED on the sensor is flashing slowly.
The network that the sensor is transmitting starts with ‘Smartlife-XXXX’. Now let the smartphone connect to this network.
- As soon as the smartphone is connected to the SmartLife-XXXX WiFi network, go back to the Smart Life app
- View the progress in the app, this can take up to 2 minutes
- As soon as the addition to the app is successful: give the sensor a name.
MOUNTING

The sensor reacts to infrared light, so don’t let the sensor look out for a heater, or a place that is warmed by the sun, because heat shines infrared light off.

Use double-sided tape or screws to fix.

If the sensor is mounted at 2.2 meters, the detection distance is 8 meters.

The detection angle is 90 degrees.

Slide the holder up to the sensor on the holdersnap and aim the sensor in the right direction.

The app shows:
- how full the battery is
- if there is any movement to be seen
- history of movements
- In the app you can switch on/off whether the sensor should give a push notification in case of movement via the app.
- After motion is detected by the sensor, the LED light on the front of the sensor will turn on briefly. This LED light cannot be turned off. If the sensor detects movement again within 1 minute, it will not trigger another push message.
