Razor W15155049003 Power A2 Battery Replacement Instructions
Required Tools: (Not included)
- A. Phillips screwdriver
- B. 4 mm Allen wrench
WARNING
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Step 1: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove nine (9) screws from the bottom of the deck.

Step 2: Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, remove two (2) hex screws. One on each side of the deck.

Step 3: Remove the plastic cover from the unit. Locate and disconnect the throttle wire from the controller.

Step 4: Remove the grommet from the metal bracket. Push the throttle wire inside the opening.

Step 5: Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, remove two (2) hex screws and pull the bracket out of the frame.

Step 6: Remove the controller cover to access the wires. Remove the grommet at the back of the tray.

Step 7: Disconnect the three (3) wires from the back of the unit.

Step 8: Push down on the power switch and slide the battery tray out of the deck.

Step 9: Place battery on tray with label facing down and connect to controller.

Step 10: Line up the wires and slide battery tray back inside the frame. Reposition the grommet at the back of the tray.

Step 11: Reconnect all connectors.
NOTE: There is one connector that is empty.

Step 12: Place bracket back on the unit and pull the throttle wire through the opening on the bracket.

Step 13: Reconnect throttle to controller and place the grommet back into the bracket.

Step 14: Secure the bracket to frame. Place the plastic cover back onto the unit.

Step 15: Reposition controller cover and secure with screws.

Step 16: Reverse the steps.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 10 hours before using.
