A. Phillips screwdriver
B. 4 mm Allen wrench

WARNING

CAUTION : To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Step 1
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove nine (9) screws fromthe bottom of the deck. Razor W13110002015 Power A2 Controller Replacement

Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, remove two (2) hex screws.
One on each side of the deck. Step 3
Remove the plastic cover from the unit. Locate and disconnect the throttle wire from the controller. Step 4
Remove the grommet from the metal bracket. Push the throttle wire inside the opening. Razor W13110002015 Power A2 Controller Replacement Procedures -

Step 5
Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, remove two (2) hex screws and pull the bracket out of the frame. Razor W13110002015 Power A2 Controller Replacement Procedures -

Step 6
Remove the controller cover to access the wires.
Remove the grommet at the back of the tray. Razor W13110002015 Power A2

Disconnect the three (3) wires from the back of the unit. Razor W13110002015

Step 8
Push down on the power switch and slide the battery tray out of the deck. Razor W13110002015 Power A2 Controller Replacement Procedures -

Step 9
Disconnect the rest of the wires from controller. Remove and replace with new unit.

Step 10
Line up the wires and slide battery tray back insde the frame. Reposition the grommet at the back of the tray.

Step 11
Reconnect all connectors.
NOTE: There is one connector that is empty. Razor W13110002015 Power A2

Step 12
Place bracket back on the unit and pull the throttle wire through the opening on the bracket.![Razor W13110002015 Power A2 Controller Replacement Procedures

Step 13
Reconnect throttle to controller and place the grommet back into the bracket. Razor W13110002015 Power A2 Controller Replacement Procedures -

Step 14
Secure the bracket to frame. Place the plastic cover back onto the unit.

Step 15
Reposition controller cover and secure with screws.

Step 16
Reverse the steps.
