1.General Information

2 provides and helps users manage body fat and belly fat by using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology. Measurements obtained using the product cannot substitute for the care of a medical professional and
cannot be used for a diagnosis. However, it is intended to provide users with continuous information on their body fat and belly fat so that changes in fat levels can be managed while also managing the rate of belly fat separately.
The product can be used at home for personal use.
The device can be used with a mobile application that provides integrated services for users regardless of whether using bello 1 or bello 2. Body fat will be measured by bello 2 and synced to the mobile application via
Bluetooth for users to receive personalized diet recommendations. Before using the product, we recommend that users become familiar with the user manual. Misuse of the product
may lead to product damages or personal injuries in which case the company shall not be held liable.

2. Configuration and Functions of B ello 2

Bello 2 is an instrument for quantitative measurement of body fat and belly fat based on the principle of calculating
the user’s fat percentage using multi wavelength light and analyzing bio signals.

II. How to U se Bello 2 Device

1.Precautionary Steps Bello mobile app lication is only compatible with b ello 1 and bello 2 device s

1.1 Precautionary steps before operation

• Before using, please make sure to become familiar with the operating method s set forth in the user manual.
• Ensure that all product components are included in the product package.
• Check the charging light and use the product after the device is charged sufficiently
• If the charging cable is damaged or exposed to water, do not connect it to the product as it may cause technical problems.
• Please use the following specifications regarding the adaptor (Direct current 5V, current 1A or more can be used)
• Please download the b ello a pp from the iOS/Android app store and activate Bluetooth pairing mode on bello 2
• Please ensure that your smartphone’s software version is higher than iOS 13.0 or Android 6.0.

1.2 Turning the bello 2 device O n / O ff

Power On

• In order to turn the device on, press and hold the top button for 2 seconds.
• You will hear a “beep” sound and the device will stay on for approximately 3 minutes.
• The device will turn off automatically if not used.
• Regardless of whether the device is turned on or off, the device is automatically turned on when the charging cable is connected.

Power Off

• In order to turn the device off , press and hold the same top button for more than 3 seconds.

Caution

• Before scanning your body fat and belly fat , please ensure that your body hair and abdomen hair ha ve been removed and that your skin surface is not wet or moist for more accurate scanning results.

2.2 Getting started with the Bello App

Sign Up

• There are three ways that you can sign up with the b ello a pp you can use your Apple ID, Google account , or Email account.
• Following email verification, fill in the general user information (name, birth year, gender and country). When using either your Apple ID or Google account, general user information will be filled in automatically using existing information from those accounts.

Log In

1. If you already have a bello app account, you can log in directly by using your Apple ID, Google account or email account.
2. You can reset your password through your verified email if you forget your password.

Data Merge

• If you have two or more different log in methods tied to the same email account, you can merge your account information and all relevant scan data.
• For instance, if you are already a registered user and have a maximum of three different login methods (Apple ID, Google, and email account), you can select one main account to merge your data.
• After selecting the main account, you can merge the scan data, general and physical information of one or two sub accounts into one.
• If you merge all your data to your main account, you will be able to log into your main account using your sub account login information.

GDPR

• In order to sign up on the b ello a pp or log in after an app version update, you must agree with the Protection of personal information ” in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulatio n (
• You must tick each check box to accept the five essential criteria and one optional choice of GDPR to complete the sign u p o r lo g in p r ocess.
• You can click on each criterion for additional information.
• If you disagree with our Protection of personal information, you cannot complete the sign up process nor use the b ello ap p service s

Note

• If existing bello1 users disagree with the GDPR process, the sign up process will not be completed.

2.3 B ello 2 Bluetooth Pairing

• The bello 2 device will automatically connect to the application
• When the bello 2 device is connected to the application, the battery charge indicator will display on the screen
• If bello 2 is in a low battery status, users will not be able to go directly to the scanning page right after device pairing
• Bello 2 device information will be displayed as “BLO 2 XXX”XXX”..“ is the last three digits of the bello 2 device serial number

Caution

• If you have multiple b ello 1 or/and bello 2 devices turned on near you, the device that is closest to you is usually shown at the top of the device list.
• Only 4 users can be connected to each b ello 1 or/and bello 2 device. If the number of users is exceeded, a message saying that the number of users has been exceeded will appear as a pop up on the app
  screen.

2. 4 Firmware Update of Bello 2

• If bello 2 users connect the device to the application, the application automatically checks whether it is the latest version of firmware or not
• If the battery status is lower than ‘ such as ‘ or ‘ the firmware update pop up screen will not be shown
• If it is not a mandatory app update, you can click the “ button to update it later and go directly to the “ page
• If it is a mandatory app update, you cannot skip the update In this case, if you do not update the latest version of firmware, you will not be able to use the scanning functions of your bello 2 device

3. Scan Instructions of Bello 2

3.1 How to scan your body fat and belly fat

• Bello 2 users will scan total 5 scan points (Right/Left Biceps, Right/Left Vastus, Upper belly) in order at once.
• When the “Scan Right Biceps” screen appears on the app, place the bello 2 device parallel to the center of your\ upper arm without any gap between the device and your skin, and click the top button lightly.
• Scanning will take approximately 2 to 3 seconds and you will hear a “beep” sound, indicating the “Right Biceps scan” is complete.
• Continue with “Scan Left Biceps” by following instructions written on the screen.

Caution

• Please click the top button briefly and lightly. If you press and hold the top button for more than 3 seconds, the device may be powered off.

3.2 How to get your scan results

• When scanning the 5 body points is complete, the following scan results screen will be displayed on the app.
• You can check the difference between the previous scan value and the current value displayed with a triangle symbol at the bottom of each fat value.
• Previous scan value indicates the last value scanned before 12:00am of the given day. However, previous scan value is only available up to one (1) year.
• If it is your first scan or if it has been more than one (1) year since you accessed the bello app, comparisons will not be displayed due to the absence of previous data.
• After pushing the “Confirm” button, you can see the Summary page on the bello app.

1 Warranty

1.1 Warranty Policy

• The warranty period of one (1) year, starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof of purchase and expires after the indicated warranty period.
• When there is a request relevant to the warranty, a prompt response for repair or exchange shall occur in principle at the headquarters of Olive Healthcare Inc. or the place of product installation according to the parts repaired or the processing period ( p lease check the status of repair)
• Upon submitting a repair request within the warranty period, the user should provide Olive Healthcare, Inc. with the data, video, pictures, etc. needed to confirm any product related technical problems.
• Please have the following information available when contacting Olive Healthcare Inc. for efficient assistance:
• Your product type / model number (e.g., bello 2 / AD725 BTWT)
• Your proof of purchase (e.g. original invoice or cash receipt) indicating the date of purchase, dealer name, model number of the product and serial number; and
• -The product serial number and production date code as specified on the product.

• In all cases, the responsibility, and rights for determination of the contents and causes of product damage shall reside in Olive Healthcare Inc. The determination shall be final and conclusive.

12 Exc lusions to the warranty period

The warranty does not cover consequential damages nor compensation for activities done by user s due to user negligence, such as fail ing to carry out proper operation s and abide by safety notes.

The warranty excludes, or does not apply, to the following:

• Damage caused by service performed by anyone located anywhere other than Olive Healthcare’s approved customer service location. In the case of arbitrary modifications or changes, it is hereby announced that
  the user shall not be eligible to receive paid or free of charge repairs. Our company shall not be responsible for the legal problems occurring due to arbitrary modifications or changes.

• If the defect is the result of excessive use outside the device’s intended purpose, etc.

• If the defect is caused by abuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the guidelines mentioned in the product’s user manual.

• Failure and/or damage caused by a natural disaster.

  Notes on operation are listed below:

• Do not direct your eye s toward, or directly stare at, the scanning light source. Damage can be inflicted on your eyes from light being radiated on them.

• Do not keep or use the product near children.

• As of 202 2 only those 17 years of age or older can use this device. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Do not use the product on sensitive skin or wounds.

• Do not use the product if you have any bioabsorbable implants.

• Do not attempt to open or repair the instrument on your own. If a device fails to operate normally, check the status of the power supply, charger, etc. and do not tamper it Please request a specialist of the manufacturer, importing business or repair business for a repair after making appropriate notes.

• Do not use the product while it is charging.

• Do not use the product if you have any implantable medical instruments (artificial cardiac pacemaker, implantable
