Thank you for choosing the Powerdale Residential Charging Device. This is the most complete residential charging device that comes with a charging cable, holder for T2 connector, current transformers, and RFID badges.

How to Start

1. Register your device by downloading the Nexxtmove App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. If you are a new user, please sign up. If you already have an account, please sign in.
3. Create a new user account and select your language.
4. Accept the End-User license agreement.
5. Create your profile (only if you have a Nexxtmove account).
6. Select your home charging device.
7. Enter your SN (serial number) reference of your charging device.
8. Validate your entered data.
9. Click on the image of the Home and activate your Bluetooth connection. Pair your Home with your device.
10. Press Sync Now to synchronize your data via Bluetooth.

How to Connect via WiFi

1. Go to the Configuration menu, select WiFi, and follow the instructions.
2. A back-up of the remaining charging logs will be made.
3. Select your local WiFi network.
4. Enter the password of your WiFi network.
5. Complete the configuration process.

Peak Consumption Limit

1. Select the ‘Peak consumption limit’ parameter (A) to choose your preferred limit. This feature will adapt your charging speed automatically to prevent your total demand from exceeding the peak consumption limit.

How to Charge

• Open access: Plug the connector into your EV and charging will start automatically.
• App as a key: Make sure that the Nexxtmove App is authorized to access your smartphone location and to run in the background. Approach your home within two meters and it will detect your proximity. A beep confirms the authorization to charge. You can plug your EV, and the charging session will start automatically.
• Use the Nexxtmove app: Plug the connector into your EV and make sure you are within two meters from your charging device. Start your charge in the Nexxtmove app.

HOW TO START

10. Activate your Bluetooth connection. Pair your Home with your device.

11. Press “Sync Now” to synchronize your data via Bluetooth.

HOW TO CONNECT VIA WIFI?

1. Go in the Configuration menu, select Wifi and follow the instructions.
   Note that the Bluetooth connection will still be used for other operations with the app: start or stop a charging session, the configuration, the live view, etc.

2. A back-up of the remaining charging logs will be made.

3. Select your local Wifi network.

4. Enter password of your Wifi  network.

5. Configuration process.

6.  You’re now finished and connected via WiFi.

How can I unlock my charging device?

1. Use the configured badge

Where can I see my charging data?

1. Log into www.nexxtmove.me
2. Select “Charging” in the menu

How can I change my password/login in the App?

1. Select ‘forgotten your password?’.
2. Enter your username. Note that it is case sensitive.
3. Select “I forgot my password.”
4. A link to create a new password will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account.
5. Click on the link to reset your password.
6. You are now invited to enter and confirm your new password.
7. Type your new password, confirm it and select “Save”.

How can I synchronize my charging data?

• BLUETOOTH
  Press “Sync Now” to synchronize your data via Bluetooth.

• WIFI
  Your data are automatically synchronised.

• by combining maximum available grid power with local production

• Avoid too much traction on the cables.
• Do not step on, fold or knot the cables. Never use the cables as a rope.
• Never use the product or the cables near a heating source.
• Never use the product or the cables in the vicinity of flammable substances.

Warning:

• Always turn off power before any manipulation, maintenance or repair of any kind, including any external measurement part. Turning off the differential or circuit breaker does not ensure a complete power cut-off.
• In case of danger or accident, ask a qualified person to turn off the power.
• The environment must only be used for charging your electric vehicle.
• This product must only be installed, repaired and maintained by qualified personnel. A qualified person is someone who is familiar with the installation, configuration, operation or maintenance of the equipment and the hazards involved. If commissioning and start-up of the charging device is necessary, the person must have knowledge of electric vehicles, including the ISO 61851-1 standard.
• The product is not intended for use by young children or any person not capable of assessing the risks. Do not allow children to play on or with this device.
• Do not apply force when reattaching the charging connector to the holder.
