Measurement Guide for water and rice
• One cup of rice measures 0.18L (150g).
• Use the waterline inside the pot as a cooking guide. The right line corresponds to liters of water, and the left line corresponds to cups of rice.
• Never add water higher than the maximum waterline. -
Place the inner pot inside the cooker and ensure the pot properly fits into the heater plate. Level the rice.
Note: Ensure there is no rice or moisture on the outside of the inner pan -
Close the lid until it locks
-
Connect the rice cooker to the power.
-
Press down the switch knob. The “cook” light will turn ON and the rice will start to cook.
• If the switch knob fails to stay down, the “warm” light will turn ON, and the rice will not be cooked. -
When cooking is finished the switch knob will automatically move to the “warm” position. Keep the lid closed for about 15 minutes for the best results.
-
Carefully open the lid, allowing any steam and condensation to run back into the rice cooker.
-
Stir the rice and serve as soon as possible.
-
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
