- These instructions are highly important, please read this instruction manual before using the device and save it for future reference.
- JOCCA is not responsibility for any consequences resulting from improper use of the product or any other use not described in this manual.
- Before using the product for the first time, unpack it and check that it is in perfect condition. If not, do not use the product and contact JOCCA, as the warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
- This product is intended for domestic use only. Do not use the device outdoors. Do not expose it to weather conditions such as rain, snow, sun, etc. that may impair its operation.
- This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge if they are supervised or instructed in the appropriate and safe use of the appliance and understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and product maintenance shall not be carried out by children, unless they are at least 8 years old and under supervision.

- Before connecting the device to the mains supply, check that the cord and plug are in perfect condition. Also, check that the voltage indicated on the product is compatible with your electrical installation.
- If you detect that the power cord, plug or adaptor is damaged or soaked with water or other liquid, do not use the appliance, or attempt to replace the cord, plug or adaptor. Contact directly authorised JOCCA technical service, which will replace it correctly in order to avoid danger.
- The power cord must not be in contact with or near the hot parts of the appliance.
- Do not immerse the product or any part of it in water or any other liquid.
- To unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet, do not pull the cord, but always pull the plug, making sure that it is switched off beforehand.
- If your product has been dropped or water or other liquid has been spilled on it, do not use or attempt to repair it. Contact JOCCA’s technical service.
- Do not move the appliance when it is functioning and do not touch the hot parts of the appliance, as this may cause damage and burns.
- Never leave the appliance cord dangling or in contact with hot parts.
- Always use JOCCA accessories and spare parts for your safety and the best possible performance of the appliance. We advise against the use of adapters, plugs and/or extension cables. If these items are indispensable, use only simple or multiple adapters and extension cords that comply with safety standards.
- Use the appliance on a flat, smooth, horizontal surface that can withstand high temperatures.
- CAUTION: On surfaces where heat may be a problem, the use of a heat insulation pad is recommended.
- Allow sufficient space around and above the appliance for proper air circulation.
- Do not use the product near curtains, wallpaper, kitchen towels or other flammable materials.
- Do not use the appliance with wet hands or feet, or with bare feet.
- Unwind the power cord completely to avoid overheating.
- Do not leave the appliance running unattended.
- WARNING: the walls of the fryer may be hot during and after use.
- Do not use the appliance in conjunction with a timer or other device that switches it on automatically.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
First use
- Before using the device for the first time, clean it with a damp cloth and run it empty to eliminate the new smell. It is recommended to use the device for the first time at 200º for 3-5 minutes.
- Connect the appliance to the mains supply and press the button to switch on the air fryer.
- When the air fryer is switched on, it will beep and all the cooking, time and temperature functions will appear on the digital display.
- While the air fryer is running in one of the preset programmes, the display will flash the symbol of the selected programme, and the pause/resume symbol . In addition, the display will show the remaining cooking time and the selected temperature.
- If during the cooking process you need to pause the air fryer, press the button . When you want to continue the cooking process, press the same button again.
- If you want to turn off the air fryer, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
- The following is an explanation of each function:
Preset programs
Our air fryer includes 9 preset programmes, which facilitate the cooking
process:
- To select any of the preset programmes, press the button as many times as necessary until the desired programme is selected. Then press the button and the cooking process will start.
- If desired, you can adjust the cooking time or temperature manually based on your experience or the amount of food to be cooked.
Manual function
- Press the button to switch on the air fryer, the display will show 180° and 15 min. by default.
- If you wish to set the cooking time or temperature, press the button. The time and temperature will illuminate alternately every 5 seconds.
- To adjust the temperature, press the button until the symbol lights up, then press to increase or decrease the temperature. Press and hold the button to increase/decrease quickly.

- Once you have selected the desired time and temperature, press the button to start the cooking process.
Defrost function
- To defrost the food, press the defrost button and then press the button.
- The default time and temperature are 30°C/30minutes, but you can adjust it according to your needs.
Food preparation
- To start cooking a food, it is recommended to place it in a bowl, season as desired, add a spoonful of oil and stir.
- Once seasoned, place it in the air fryer and choose the desired cooking programme.
- When the entire cooking process is finished, “OFF” will be shown on the display and the air fryer will beep. After a few seconds, the fan will stop running. You can also manually switch off the device by pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds.
- Once cooking is complete, the appliance is ready to instantly prepare another batch of ingredients if desired.
- To avoid burns when removing the food, it is advisable to use an oven glove.
- After each use, unplug the appliance from the mains.
NOTE: You must remove the basket to check and shake the food during the cooking process. When you replace the basket, the machine will continue to operate at the selected setting. This will ensure more uniform cooking.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
- Product for food use, clean the product with soap and water before each use, as well as before the first use.
- Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the mains supply.
- Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
- Do not use abrasive detergents or products that could damage the appliance.
- Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean the outside of the appliance.
- To clean the accessories, soak them in soapy water and let them dry.
- Not dishwasher safe.
- NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE AND THE POWER CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
- ADD SOAP (2 ML) AND FILL THE BASKET* AND GRILL PLATE WITH WATER TO REMOVE FOOD AND GREASE RESIDUES, TURN THE AIR FRYER ON AT 180° AND HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN USE A SOFT CLOTH OR PAPER TO DRY THE BASKET AND GRILLE PLATE.
- *Never add water above the screws located inside the bowl.
- CLEANING THE HEATING ELEMENT: REMOVE THE BASKET AND TURN THE AIR FRYER AND CLEAN THE HEATING ELEMENT WHEN IT IS COLD WITH A DAMP TOWEL.
- After cleaning, it is recommended to heat the air fryer for 5 minutes to dry the heating element and fan to prevent moisture from rusting the internal metal of the air fryer.
- If you are not going to use the appliance for a long time, clean it and store it in a dry and ventilated place.
