Dear user
Thank you for choosing the REDRAGON product. To protect your rights and for better customer service, please read the following warranty rules carefully.

  1. Within 18 months of the purchase date, the repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems.
  2. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
  3. Consumable parts (such as foot pads) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.

Selection of working mode and charging indication

  1. Wired USB mode:
    In keyboard mode, turn the toggle switch to the OFF position, and connect the attached TYPE-C USB cable to the valid USB ports of the keyboard and the computer, the keyboard will charge while working. The “O M”LED on the keyboard will be normally on in red, and after it is fully charged, it will change to be normally on in white.

  2. 2.4G mode:
    In keyboard mode, turn the toggle switch to the 2.4G position, and the “O M” LED on the keyboard will flash green slowly. Insert the receiver into a valid USB port on the computer, and the”O M” LED on the keyboard will be normally on in green (indicating that the keyboard is now successfully reconnected to the receiver and is in 2.4G working mode). If the keyboard needs to pair with the receiver, hold the FN+”4″ key for about 3 seconds, and the “O M” LED on the keyboard will flash green quickly. If the receiver on the USB port is reinserted or replaced, and pairing is successful, the “O M” LED on the keyboard will be normally on in green. If the attached TYPE-C USB cable is connected to the keyboard and charging adapter (or a valid USB port on the computer) at this time, the keyboard will work in a 2.4G state while charging, and the “O M” LED on the keyboard will be normally on in red, and when it is fully charged, it will change to be normally on in green.

  3. Bluetooth mode:
    In keyboard mode, turn the toggle switch to the BT position.

  4. Hold the “FN+1/2/3” key on the keyboard for about 3 seconds, the keyboard will enter the pairing mode of Bluetooth channel 1; /Bluetooth channel.

  6. The “OM” LED on the keyboard will flash quickly in blue/cyan/purple, and the keyboard will broadcast externally simultaneously on BT3.0 KEYBOARD and BT5.0 KEYBOARD devices. Depending on the terminal device that needs to be paired, follow the corresponding steps to pair with the keyboard. When the pairing is successful, the “O M” LED on the keyboard will be normally on in blue/cyan/purple (indicating that the keyboard is currently working in Bluetooth mode). If the attached TYPE-C USB cable is now connected to the keyboard and charging adapter (or a valid USB port on the computer), the keyboard will work in Bluetooth mode while charging, and the “O M” LED on the keyboard will be normally on in red. When it is fully charged, it will change to be normally on in blue/cyan/purple.

  7. When switching between the three paired Bluetooth channels is required, just press
    the FN+1/2/3 key to switch between them.

  8. In power-off and charging mode – Turn the left toggle switch to the OFF position.

When the computer is not connected via USB, the keyboard will be in the power- off mode. If the attached TYPE-C USB cable is connected to the keyboard and charging adapter, the keyboard will be in charging mode.

Switching of backlight effect and customization

  1. Switching (looping) of backlight effect (FN+”B”). Switching off 20 themes of dazzling backlight effect is supported at the front, and turning on and off of the backlight effect of the main key area is supported at the front(press FN+”SPACE”)

  2. Use FN+M to enter the light effect customization mode, when the previous light effect is terminated, by default, it is normally on in red under the “A” key position, normally on in green under the “W” key position, normally on in blue under the “S”
    key position, normally in purple under the “D” key position, normally in red under the “<” key position, normally in green under the key position, normally in blue under the key position, normally in purple under the “→” key position. (2). In the current mode, press FN+M, and the LED under the CAPS key position will flash slowly in 1HZ red.

  3. Press continuously the key that needs to be defined to select the color to be normally displayed (1). The colors of LED to be normally displayed under the corresponding key position cycle in a sequence of red → orange › yellow green blue › cyan→ purple→› white. 2). In this mode, pressing keys will not generate the corresponding key-value output). (3). When the light color of the required key position is set, press FN+M to save, and the backlight effect will run in the current custom mode. (4). If the backlight color of the corresponding key position needs to be redefined, repeat the second and third steps. (5). To exit the customization mode of the current backlight effect, press “FN+B”, and the backlight effect will switch to the previous light effect before customization (one of 20 modes).

Low battery indication/charging/working current/power query

  1. Low battery indication: When the keyboard is in 2.4G or BT working mode if the built-in battery of the keyboard is low, the”O M” LED will flash slowly in red to remind you to charge in time.

  2. Charging: This keyboard supports the charging mode of mobile power supply/external power adapter/valid USB port on the computer. For instructions on the charging status, refer to the description in step 1 “Selection of working modes and charging
    indication” Warning: 1). Please use an external power adapter with an output of 5V 2A or 5V 1A;

  3. Use a mobile power supply with an output of 5V 2A or 5V 1A. Use of mobile power sources/external power adapters outside the above range may cause certain secondary disasters or damage to the keyboard body! You are suggested to use a valid USB port on the computer for charging

  4. Working current:

  5. Wired USB state (battery is fully charged) <160mA;

  6. Wired USB state (battery is being charged) <660mA;

  7. Working in 2.4G or Bluetooth mode, <160mA.

  8. Power Query: Hold FN+”SHIFT-R” to turn off the current backlight effect:

  9. When the battery is low, the LED under the number 1/2/3 will light up and display in red.

  10. When the battery is not low, the LED under the number 1/2/3…/9/0 will display in green according to the current power.
    Note: This power indication is for reference only and is not for precise indication.

Automatic hibernation/wake-up/manual power-off functions

  1. When the keyboard is in 2.4G or BT working mode, if it is not used for about 3 minutes, it will enter a power-saving state (turn off all indicator lights and backlight).
  2. If it is not used for about 30 minutes, the keyboard will enter a deep power-saving state.
  3. Press any key in any power-saving state to wake up the keyboard for use again.
  4. If you carry the keyboard out or do not use it for a long time, please turn the power switch at the bottom of the keyboard to the OFF position.

Functional description of other keys

When the system switch at the side is turned to WIN (the following key function categories apply to the WIN system), the D FN+Win key can lock and unlock the WIN key to prevent accidental triggering during gaming.

  • FN+F1=Decrease screen brightness
  • FN+F2=Increase screen brightness
  • FN+F3=Display multi-task window (Alt+Tab) |
  • FN+F4=Desktop (Win+D)
  • FN+F5=Return
  • FN+F6=Search
  • FN+F7=Previous title
  • FN+F8=Play/pause
  • FN+F9=Next title
  • FN+F10=Mute
  • FN+F11= Decrease volume
  • FN+F12= Increase volume

When the system switch at the bottom is turned to MAC (the following key function categories apply to the MAC system),

  • F1=Decrease screen brightness/FN+F1=F1
  • F2=Increase screen brightness/FN+F2=F2
  • F3=Display multi-task window /FN+F3=F3
  • F4=Call out Siri /FN+F4=F4
  • F5=App exposé function/FN+F5=F5
  • F6=Search/FN+F6=F6
  • F7=Previous title/FN+F7=F7
  • F8=Pause/FN+F8=F8|
  • F9=Next title/FN+F9=F9
  • F10=Mute/FN+F10=F10|
  • F11=Decrease volume/FN+F11=F11
  • F12=Increase volume/FN+F12=F12

FN+W: Exchange the positions of A/W/S/D and 4 direction keys

  • FN+( [f)=Scrlk
  • FN+(1})=Pause
  • FN1+(;:)=HOME
  • FN+(‘”)=END
  • FN1+(. >)=PGUP
  • FN1+(/ ?)=PGDN/

Description of indicator light status (3 LEDs on the left)
M—Indication of working mode (USB wired mode/2.4G mode/Bluetooth mode) and low battery and charging status
1 —When NUM ON is activated, the blue or red light will be normally on (optional)
O A —When CAPS ON is activated, the blue or red light will be normally on (optional)

Restore to factory settings
Press FN+ESC for 3S to restore the default light effect before delivery from the factory and clear the Bluetooth pairing information.

BATTERY SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • DO NOT replace the battery with a different model.
  • DO NOT use this product if the battery shows signs of damage including, but not limited to tearing, deformation, leakage, or the smell of electrolytic material.

FAQs

  1. If the keyboard doesn’t respond, please check if the keyboard’s USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on the computer, or try another USB port only for the computer.
  2. If you spill liquid on the keyboard, please unplug the keyboards USB cable from the computer immediately. Wipe off excess liquid and put the keyboard in a dry and ventilated place. Make sure the keyboard is dried naturally before the next use.
