Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Eightree Remote Control Outlet. Before use, please ensure the package is complete and undamaged. The package should includes:

At a Glance

Power Button

• Press and hold for 5 seconds for pairing mode.
• Press and hold for 10 seconds to reset.
• Press the power button to turn the outlet on or off.

Indicator Light Status

• Flashing: Pairing mode
• Solid Red Light: Powered on
• No Light: Powered off

Specifications

• Easily controlled by the remote control from up to 100 feet in line-of-sight.

Installation

1. Please remove the insulation tab from the back of the remote control.
2. Plug the outlet into a power source.
3. Control the corresponding plugs using the ON/OFF buttons on the remote control.
4. Please note that the plugs are pre-programmed with the remote according to their numbers. If you want to re-pair the plugs, please reset them first.

Resetting a Socket

In case you need to remove a plug from all remote control, follow these simple steps:

1. Holding the power button for 10 seconds(It will enter pairing mode after 5s, please keep holding the button) until the indicator flashes very quickly.
2. Reset is successful when the indicator on the plug flashes several times and stops blinking.

Re-Programming

The plugs are pre-programmed for immediate use, but if there are any issues or you wish to customize the configurations, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts to blink.
2. Press the corresponding “ON” or “OFF” button on the remote control.
3. Programming/pairing is successful when the indicator light stops blinking.

Note: You can repeat the re-programming steps to assign multiple plugs to a single pair of buttons on the remote to control multiple devices together.

Troubleshooting

If a plug is unresponsive to the remote control, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Press the power button of the plug manually to test if it can be turned on and off normally.

• If it doesn’t work, contact our support email (support.us@eightree.club) for after-sales service;
• If it works, follow the steps below for troubleshooting.

1. Reset and reprogram the plugs.
2. Replace the batteries of remote as low battery power may decrease the remote range.
3. Ensure the plug and device are properly connected and powered on.
4. Place the plug in an area with proper air circulation to prevent overheating.
5. Confirm that the maximum load current of 15A (approximately 1800W) is not being exceeded. If it is, unplug the device from the outlet immediately.

• Avoid exposure to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or moisture.
