Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Eightree Remote Control Outlet. Before use, please ensure the package is complete and undamaged. The package should includes:
- Remote Control Outlets
- Remote Control (1 or 2)
- CR2032 Button Cell Battery

Power Button
- Press and hold for 5 seconds for pairing mode.
- Press and hold for 10 seconds to reset.
- Press the power button to turn the outlet on or off.
Indicator Light Status
- Flashing: Pairing mode
- Solid Red Light: Powered on
- No Light: Powered off
Specifications
Features
- Easily controlled by the remote control from up to 100 feet in line-of-sight.
- Supports devices with up to 15A current and 1800W power.
- Pair one remote with a single plug, or multiple remotes with each plug.
- You can use the remote to turn plugs on or off individually or to switch all plugs on or off at once.

Installation
- Please remove the insulation tab from the back of the remote control.
- Plug the outlet into a power source.
- Control the corresponding plugs using the ON/OFF buttons on the remote control.
- Please note that the plugs are pre-programmed with the remote according to their numbers. If you want to re-pair the plugs, please reset them first.
Resetting a Socket
In case you need to remove a plug from all remote control, follow these simple steps:
- Holding the power button for 10 seconds(It will enter pairing mode after 5s, please keep holding the button) until the indicator flashes very quickly.
- Reset is successful when the indicator on the plug flashes several times and stops blinking.
Re-Programming
The plugs are pre-programmed for immediate use, but if there are any issues or you wish to customize the configurations, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts to blink.
- Press the corresponding “ON” or “OFF” button on the remote control.
- Programming/pairing is successful when the indicator light stops blinking.
Note: You can repeat the re-programming steps to assign multiple plugs to a single pair of buttons on the remote to control multiple devices together.

Troubleshooting
If a plug is unresponsive to the remote control, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Press the power button of the plug manually to test if it can be turned on and off normally.
- If it doesn’t work, contact our support email (support.us@eightree.club) for after-sales service;
- If it works, follow the steps below for troubleshooting.
- Reset and reprogram the plugs.
- Replace the batteries of remote as low battery power may decrease the remote range.
- Ensure the plug and device are properly connected and powered on.
- Place the plug in an area with proper air circulation to prevent overheating.
- Confirm that the maximum load current of 15A (approximately 1800W) is not being exceeded. If it is, unplug the device from the outlet immediately.

- The wireless range may be affected by electronic devices, appliances, walls, and other physical barriers.
- Avoid exposure to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or moisture.
- Do not use the device with appliances or devices exceeding the rated voltage or current.
- Keep the device away from heat sources or flammable materials.

- Ensure the correct installation of batteries in the remote control for your safety.
- Regularly change the batteries in the remote control for optimal performance.
- If the remote is not in use for an extended period, remove the batteries.
