User Guide
Installing the latest software
- In the next steps we go through the update procedure, make sure all steps are followed as described.
- First we will require a PC with internet connection to go to the JBC website and download the tablet SW package.
Getting the Tablet ready to transfer files
- It is necessary to enable file transfer after connecting the tablet to the computer in order to gain access to all files within the tablet
Go to the JBC folder in the tablet and replace de old .apk file by the new one downloaded from the website.
Delete the currently installed App and install the new one
Granting access to location and storage
- In order for the Bluetooth to work properly, it is necessary to enable location. As some data regarding configuration is stored in the tablet it is also necessary to grant access to storage. When asked by the first time, accept both requests, if the pop up doesn’t come up or were declined in the first place, go to settings and enable both features by following the next set of steps
