Product Usage Instructions

Charging and Powering On
To charge the robot vacuum cleaner, plug it into the dustbin station. Press and hold the power button to turn it on. The indicator lights will show the status of the robot.

Using the Mopping Module

  1. Attach the damp mop to the Velcro on the mop holder.
  2. Fill the water tank with clean water and securely fasten the cap.
  3. Attach the mop to the bottom of the water tank.
  4. Push the water tank into the robot until you hear a click to ensure proper installation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • This product is only used for floor cleaning in home environment, and should not be used in outdoor, non-floor, commercial or industrial environment.
  • Do not let children play with the machine. Please supervise children and pets to keep them as far away as possible when the machine works.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its servicea gent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  • Do not use it to clean any burning objects.
  • Before use, please arrange and fold the wires on the floor in case of any obstruction that blocks the machine movement.
  • Please put away fragile objects and sundries (such as vases and plastic bags, etc.) on the ground, to avoid damage to valuables at home when the machine is blocked during operation or slightly collided.
  • Do not use the mopping mode on the carpet. When mopping the floor, please set up virtual walls or forbidden zones in the carpet area.
  • Do not let the machine absorb hard objects or sharp objects (such as decoration waste, glass and nails, etc.).
  • Please clean and maintain the appliance and base in power-off state.
  • Do not turn the machine upside down on the ground for a long time.

BATTERY AND CHARGING

  • Do not use any third-party battery, power cord or base.
  • Do not disassemble, repair or modify the battery or base without permission.
  • Do not place the auto-clean base near the heat source (such as radiator, etc.).
  • Before scrapping the machine, the power supply must be disconnected, and the battery should be taken out of the machine.

INSTRUCTIONS ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

  • The following information is only applicable when discarding this robot, and is not a daily operation instruction: Chemical substances contained in the built-in lithium-ion battery of this product will pol-lute the environment. Please remove the battery before you discard the machine, and hand it over to a professional battery recycling station for cen-tralized disposal. Steps to disassemble the battery:
  • Let the robot run until it is low in power and cannot be cleaned without touching the auto-clean base.
  • Turn the robot off.
  • Disassemble the bottom shell of the robot.
  • Press the buckle and pull out the connector plug of the battery, then take out the battery.
  • Remove the battery cover plate and take the battery out.
  • Note:
    • When disassembling the battery, make sure that the battery is exhausted and operated away from the base.
    • Please disassemble the whole battery pack together, and do not damage the battery pack casing, in case of short circuit or leakage of dangerous substances.
    • If you touch battery fluid, please rinse with plenty of water and get medical assistance immediately.
    • This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.
    • WARNING! For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance.

INSTALLATION

INSTALLING THE DUSTBIN STATION

  1. Choose a suitable location against a wall with enough space around it.
  2. Mount the floor protection pad if the floor material needs moisture protection from the wet mop.
  3. Plug the station into the power supply.
  4. When using the robot for the first time, press and hold the on/off button to power it on, then place it on the dustbin station for charging.

INSTALLING THE MOPPING MODULE

  1. Attach the damp mop to the Velcro on the mop holder.
  2. Open the rubber cap on the water tank, fill it with clean water, and securely fasten the cap.
  3. Attach the mop to the bottom of the water tank as shown in the illustration.
  4. Push the water tank into the robot until you hear a “click”, indicating it’s properly installed.

USE

  • Power on/off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator will light up when the robot is in standby mode.
  • Press and hold the power button to turn it off, and the indicator light will turn off.
  • Start/Pause: In standby mode press the power button. The robot will begin cleaning, and you can pause it by pressing any button.
  • Manual recharge: In standby mode, press the recharge button to send the robot back to the dustbin station.
  • Automatic recharge: The robot will automatically return to the dustbin station when it finishes cleaning or if the battery is low.
  • Dust collection: When the robot is charging, the dustbin station will automatically collect dust. If it is in Do-not-Disturb mode, the robot will return to the dustbin station to charge, but it will not collect dust.
  • Add water or clean the mop during cleaning: If you need to add water or clean the mop while cleaning, press the power button to pause the device. Then, remove the water tank and mop, add water or clean the mop, and put it back. Press the power button again to resume cleaning.
  • Sleep mode: When the robot has been 5 minutes without any activity, it will automatically enter sleep mode. If it stays in sleep mode for more than 6 hours, it will automatically turn off. To wake up the robot, press any button or use the app.

APP FEATURES
Download the app to customize these features and maximize the performance of your robot vacuum cleaner.

  • Quick map: Place the robot on the dustbin station and select this mode in the app to build a map without cleaning. After the robot automatically return to the dustbin station, the map will be completed and saved automatically.
  • Memory map: After the robot successfully completes a quick map or cleaning and returns to the dustbin station to recharge, the map is automatically updated and saved. After the map is successfully built, you can divide, merge areas or customise room names in the app.
  • Full house cleaning: Start full house cleaning through the app or by pressing the power button. The robot will first carry out full house cleaning along a set path, then carry out edge cleaning.
  • Edge cleaning: Select this mode in the app for the robot to clean along the edges of rooms.
  • Area cleaning: Define a specific area in the app, and the robot will clean only that area.
  • Fixed-point cleaning: In the app; choose a target point on the map for the robot to clean a 2×2 meter area around it.
  • Scheduled cleaning: Use the app to set a cleaning schedule. The robot will start and return to the station automatically.
  • Do-not-Disturb mode: During this period (default 22:00 to 08:00), the robot won’t perform scheduled or resume cleaning and will minimize voice prompts. You can enable/disable or set the time period of the mode in the app.
  • Virtual wall/No-go area: Set up virtual walls or no-go areas to prevent the robot from entering areas. Before using the virtual wall/no-go area function, you need to save the map in the app. Moving the robot or major changes in the environment can cause the original map to become invalid and result in the loss of virtual walls/no-go areas.
  • Reset Wi-Fi: When the mobile phone cannot connect to the robot, reset the Wi-Fi by long pressing the power and recharge buttons.
  • Factory reset: Press and hold the recharge button for 5 seconds until you hear a prompt, then press and hold for another 5 seconds for a factory reset. The robot needs to reconnect to the app, and all related settings in the app will be cleared.
  • Firmware upgrade: The robot’s firmware can be upgraded through the app. During the upgrade process, the robot must be connected to the dustbin station or have a battery power more than 30%. Do not start a cleaning process during the upgrade.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Note: Turn off the device before performing any of the following steps!

MAIN BRUSH
The provided cleaning brush has sharp blades, keep it out of reach of children.

  1. Disassemble the main brush by turning the robot over, lift the buckle and take out the main brush.
  2. Clean it by using the provided cleaning brush. Use the side with the hook to pick up and cut hair and fibre and separate it from the main brush. Use the cleaning brush to clean surface dirt. We recommend replacing the main brush every 6-12 months.

SIDE BRUSH

  1. Turn the robot over. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws and take off the brush.
  2. Clean it by using the cleaning brush that comes with the product. Use the side with the hook to pick up and cut hair and fibre and separate it from the side brush. Use the brush to clean the surface dirt. We recommend replacing the side brush every 6-12 months.

TWO-IN-ONE WATER TANK AND DUSTBIN
Do not soak the water tank while cleaning the dust compartment. It is recommended to replace the filter with an original one every 3-6 months to ensure cleanliness.

  1. Press the release button on the tank and pull it out.
  2. Open the cover and throw the rubbish. Use the cleaning brush to clean it.
  3. Take out the filter holder, remove the filter and clean it with the cleaning brush.
  4. Rinse the filter with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before re-installing it.
  5. Rinse the dustbin compartment with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before re-installing it. Make sure the parts are completely dry before installing them. This is to prevent malfunction and dust clumping.

MOP
It is recommended to replace the mop with an original one every 3-6 months to ensure cleanliness.

  1. Remove the mopping module from the 2-in-1 water tank and remove the mop from the mop holder.
  2. Rinse the mop with clean water and allow it to air dry before using it again.

ROBOT
Do not use wet wipes, detergents, sprays or other chemical products to clean the sensors, infrared recharging sensors, or charging electrode plates of the robot.

  1. Use a soft and clean cloth to wipe the laser distance sensor, infrared lens, charging electrode plates and cliff sensors.

DUSTBIN STATION
Do not use wet wipes, detergents, sprays or other chemical products to clean the infrared lens, charging pins and fan filter holder of the dustbin station.

  1. When the dust bag is full, open the cover, pull the dust bag upwards to remove it, throw it in the trash and replace it with a new dust bag. Close the cover. The cover must be completely closed for the station to function properly.
  2. Use a soft and clean cloth to wipe and clean the infrared lens and the charging pins to ensure that they are clean and free of debris.
  3. Use a soft and clean cloth to wipe and clean the suction inlet to ensure that it is clean and will make a tight seal against the robot.
  4. Check the fan filter holder for any foreign objects or debris wrapped around it. Use a soft and clean cloth to wipe and clean the holder to ensure it is clean and free of debris.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible Solution
The side brush malfunctions. Please check if the side brush is tangled with

any foreign objects and clear it.
The wheels malfunction.| Please check if the wheels are stuck and clear any foreign objects.
The rolling brush malfunctions.| Please check if the main brush is tangled with any foreign objects and clear it.
A virtual wall or no-go area is detected.| Please restart the robot after moving it away from the virtual wall or no-go area.
Fail to power on| The battery power is low. Please put the robot back in the dustbin station for charging before use.

The ambient temperature is too low (below 0°) or too high (above 35°).

Fail to charge| The dustbin station is not powered on. Make sure the power supply is connected.

The charging electrode plates are not clean. Clean the charging pins of the dustbin station and the charging electrode plates of the robot.

The ambient temperature is too low (below 0°) or too high (above 35°).

Fail to return to the dustbin station to recharge| There are too many obstacles near the dustbin station. Please place the dustbin station in an open area.

The distance between the robot and the dustbin station is too far. Please place the robot near the dustbin station and try again.

Abnormal operation| Please turn off the robot and restart it.
Abnormal noise during cleaning| The main brush, side brush, or wheels may be entangled with foreign objects. Please turn off the robot and clear it.
Reduced cleaning capability or dust collection capability| The 2-in-1 water tank dustbin is full. Clear the dustbin.

The filter is blocked, clean it.

Fail to resume cleaning| Ensure that the robot is not in the Do-Not-Disturb Mode, which does not allow resume cleaning.

In addition, if you make the robot return to recharge by the app, press the recharge button, or move it back to the dustbin station directly, the robot will not resume cleaning.
