COOKING TIPS
The following factors may affect the cooking result: Food arrangement Place thicker areas towards outside of dish, the thinner part towards the centre and spread it evenly. Do not overlap if possible. Cooking time length Start cooking with a short time setting, evaluate it after it times out and extend it according to the actual need. Over cooking may result in smoke and burns. Cooking food evenly Food such as chicken, hamburger or steak should be turned once during cooking. Depending on the type of food, if applicable, stir it from outside to centre of dish once or twice during cooking. Allow standing time After cooking times out, leave the food in the oven for an adequate length of time, this allows it to complete its cooking cycle and cooling it down in a gradual manner. Whether the food is done Color and hardness of food help to determine if it is done, these include: – Steam coming out from all parts of food, not just the edge – Joints of poultry can be moved easily – Pork or poultry shows no signs of blood – Fish is opaque and can be sliced easily with a fork Browning dish When using a browning dish or self-heating container, always place a heat-resistant insulator such as a porcelain plate under it to prevent damage to the turntable and rotating ring. Microwave safe plastic wrap When cooking food with high fat content, do not allow the plastic wrap come into contact with food as it may melt. Microwave safe plastic cookware Some microwave safe plastic cookware might not be suitable for cooking foods with high fat and sugar content. Also, the preheating time specified in the dish instruction manual must not be exceeded.

WARNING Improper use of the grounding can result in a risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded, and either: 01. If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a
3-blade grounding plug, and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the appliance. The marked rating of the extension cord shall be equal to or greater than the electrical rating of the appliance, or 02. Do not use an extension cord. If the power supply cord is too short, have a qualified electrician or serviceman install an outlet near the appliance.
For a permanently connected appliances: GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This appliance must be connected to a grounded, metallic, permanent wiring, system, or an equipment grounding conductor should be run with the circuit conductors and connected to the equipment grounding terminal or lead on the appliance.

15 FAQ

If you experience any fault while using this product, please check the following points before requesting repair from us:

Phenomenon

Handling Method

Why isn’t the oven lamp on?

The light bulb is broken. Untimed or not started.

Not plugged in or connected to a power source.

Why isn’t the machine operating?

The socket used for the microwave oven is broken.
The oven door is not tightly closed, resulting in the switch not closing.

Why is there a “bang” sound when starting?

This is a normal phenomenon and is the starting sound of the transformer working under high voltage and high frequency conditions.

Why is there a lot of noise during work?

Misunderstand the working sound and small resonance sound of transformers, magnetrons, and high-speed cooling fans as noise.

Why does steam come out from Steam is a normal phenomenon during the cooking process.

oven door?

This is normal

Why not heat or heat slowly?

No power supply. When selecting functions, the heating function was not selected.

Can microwave energy leak out from the viewing window of the oven door screen?

No, the metal barrier reflects microwave energy back into the cavity, and the viewing window can only allow light to pass through. Microwaves cannot pass through.

Will starting the microwave without adding food damage the microwave oven?

Yes, absolutely do not do this.

Why is it necessary to put it on hold after cooking?
Why isn’t my microwave oven cooking food as fast as the instructions?
Why do lightning and short light sound occur during cooking?
Why not worry about microwave leakage?

It’s important to let it go for a few minutes. Microwave cooking allows food to gather energy. After removing the food from the microwave, the interior of the food needs to be heated for 2-3 minutes and left to cook thoroughly.
Check the instructions for use to see if the instructions are fully followed, identify the reasons for setting different cooking times, and note that cooking time settings are only for reference. To prevent overcooking, it is important to master microwave cooking techniques. The size, weight, and shape of food all have an impact on cooking time. Use voltage below 110V, slow heating, no heating below 103V. Use instructions as a reference and flexibly master them.
The reasons can be stated as follows: 1. Tableware containing metal components (including gold and
silver) was used. 2. Forget forks or other metal utensils in the microwave oven. 3. Excessive use of metal foil. 4. Use metal wire to bind food.
The national standard for wave leakage is 1mw/cm ², and Haier’s on-site production control is much lower than the national standard.

Can the shaking of the oven door cause microwave leakage?

Can not.

Does the presence of wind, light, or odor during microwave oven operation cause microwave leakage?

No, this is a normal phenomenon.

NOTE If the fault still can not be eliminated after the above phenomenon analysis, please contact the company’s maintenance point or dealer, non- professionals are strictly prohibited to disassemble the machine by themselves.
