GOOGLE HOME INSTRUCTIONS
- STEP 1: Plug in your Google Home device. If you have not set up your device, please follow the device setup instructions.
- STEP 2: Download and open the Google Home app. Sign into your Gmail account
- STEP 3: Click on Settings and then tap “Works with Google.”
- STEP 4: Click the search icon and then type in “Oelo Evolution” in the search bar. Click on Oelo Evolution
- STEP 5: Link your Oelo account using your Oelo Evolution login credentials
- STEP 6: Choose a device (your Oelo “Zone”) and click Next. (If you have multiple Zones, you will have to complete Steps 6-8 for each Zone.)
- STEP 7: Choose a home and click Next.
- STEP 8: Choose a location for your Device (ie. Zone) and click Next
- STEP 8: Command your lights using the prompts on the back page!
PRO TIP: Use Automation in the Google Home app to create additional actions, like turning on and off multiple devices. To create an automation:
- A. Click the Automation icon in the bottom navigation.
- B. Tap the (+) button in the bottom right corner.
- C. Choose the type of Routine, ie. Personal or Household, to control who can see and edit the Automation.
- C. Name your Routine.
- D. Add a “Starter” command, from the options.
- E. Click an “Action” command. You can turn on and on a Zone (to white) by tapping the Device (ie. Zone name), or you can automate a pattern by scrolling down and tapping “Add Scenes” to select one or more Oelo pattern/zone combinations from the list.
