  • Do not operate this product with an empty or partially filled water tank. Ensure that the water level remains within the designated minimum (6oz) and maximum (12oz) marks. Do not exceed the maximum (12oz) mark when filling the water tank.

  • Only brew coffee when a suitable cup/mug is placed underneath.
  • This product should not be used without coffee capsules. Important Notes:

  • Take extra care when handling and removing used coffee cap­sules. Dispose of them properly.
  • Attention! Risk of injury! The bottom of the lid and capsule holder contain sharp needles. Be cautious during use and cleaning. Avoid touching the needle tips.
  • Caution! Do not open the lid while it is brewing.

Know Your Coffee Maker

BEFORE BREWING

  1. Plug in and Power On
    • Remove the coffee machine from the packaging.
    • Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
  2. How to Open for Water Filling and Cleaning
    • Take a mug and fill it with 1 cup (10 ounces) of clean and cold water.
    • Press the lid open button and carefully pour the water into the water tank ensuring that it does not go beyond the designated fill line (maximum of 12 ounces, minimum of 6 ounces).
    • CAUTION: The piercing needle at the bottom of the lid is quite sharp, be very careful when the lid is open.
  3. Closing the top cover
    • When everything is ready, please close the lid and place the cup on top of the water reservoir.
  4. Cleaning
    • Press the brew button, and wait about 2 minutes, the coffee maker starts to dispense hot water, and the initial cleaning is complete till the orange light flashes.
    • The first cleaning process is complete now!
    • Drainage function introduction
    • To remove excess water, press and hold the brew button until the blue light comes on, release the button, and the machine drains automatically for about 80 seconds.

BREWING COFFEE

  1. Fill and Place the Mug
    • Add an appropriate amount of fresh cold water (minimum 6 ounces, 12 ounces maximum) to the mug.
    • Press the top lid open button and pour the water into the water tank.
    • Place the mug into the water reservoir.
  2. Place the K-CUP Pod
    • Place the K-CUP pod into the capsule holder, make sure that it is fully inserted by pressing down with your hand, then close the lid firmly. The blue indicator light will remain illuminated, the coffee maker is ready for brewing.
    • Note: Do not remove the aluminum foil cover of the K-CUP Pod
  3. Brew and Enjoy
    • brewing enjoyment Press the brew button, the coffee maker starts to heat up and the orange indicator light is always on. Coffee usually takes about two minutes to begin dispensing. Once the light turns orange and blinks, brewing is complete.
    • After brewing, wait a few minutes and then dispose of the used K-CUP pod by pressing the lid open button.
    • Note: The temperature inside the machine is very high during brewing. Do not open the lid or touch the spout during the brewing process to avoid personal injury.
    • When you have just finished brewing, the K-CUP pods are hot, to avoid burns, please wait a few minutes or wear gloves to remove them.

CLEAN THE SURFACE

Regular cleaning helps keep your coffee machine running smoothly. Always be sure to turn off and unplug your coffee maker before cleaning.

  1. Clean the Surface

    • Use a damp, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth to wipe the surface of the coffee maker.
    • CAUTION: Never immerse the coffee maker in water or other liquids.
    • During coffee brewing, water droplets may fall from the back of the machine due to the steam generated by high-temperature water.
    • Therefore, after each use, use a clean and dry cloth to wipe the relevant areas.
  2. Clean the Water Tank and Filter Components

    • Regularly use a damp, non-abrasive cloth with mild soap to clean the water tank and filter components, then thoroughly rinse them with clean water to prevent any cleanser residue from contaminating the water supply system.
    • Avoid wiping the inside of the water tank with a cloth to prevent leaving lint behind. Allow both the water tank and filter components to air dry completely.
  3. Water Reservoir Cleaning

    • After each use, please pour out the liquid residue and clean the water reservoir to avoid overflowing or produc­ing a bad smell. Wipe it with a wet, non-abrasive, non-lint­ing cloth.
  4. Lid Needle and K-CUP Pod Needle Cleaning

    • It is possible to clean the lid needle and K-CUP Pod needle in the capsule holder Take a paper clip and insert it into the hole to clean the needles Remember to regularly clean these components after each use to prevent clogging.
    • CAUTION: The needles are very sharp, please be careful to avoid injury when cleaning them.

TO DESCALE YOUR COFFEE MACHINE

  • It is recommended to descale your coffee maker every 3-6 months. Adhere to the correct descaling procedure.
  • Depending on the mineral content of the water, calcium deposits or limescale might accumulate in the coffee maker. Although limescale is not toxic, it can negatively impact the performance of your coffee maker if left unattended.
  • Regularly descaling your coffee maker every 3-6 months helps preserve the heating element and other internal components in contact with water. In some cases, the rate of calcium deposition may be faster, in contact with water

Descaling Procedure

  • Before starting, you will need a large ceramic cup, fresh water, descaling solution, and access to a sink. Do not use a paper cup. Ensure there is no K-Cup pod in the brew chamber. Allow approximately 45 minutes for the descaling process.
  1. Step 1. Clean with Water
    • Press the top cover button to open the coffee machine lid.
    • Pour one-third (4 ounces) of the descaling solution into the water tank.
    • Then, pour 8 ounces of fresh water into the water tank as well.
    • Place a large ceramic mug on the drip tray.
    • Close the lid and press the brew button.
  2. Step 2. Internal Water Tank Soaking
    • Allow the coffee maker to rest for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Empty the water tank
    • After 30 minutes of standing, press the brew button once to Rest for 30 minutes and wake up the machine, then press and hold the brew button for 3 seconds until the orange color lights up, release the button and the machine will automatically drain for 80 seconds until the water tank is empty.
    • Once the descaling solution is dispensed out, pour it into the sink.
  4. Step 4. Rinse with Freshwater
    • Repeat Step 1 using only 12 ounces of fresh water. Do not add a descaling solution. Repeat this step two more times. If you notice any residual taste, you may continue rinsing cycles with fresh water.
    • Note: The cleaning action of the descaling solution
    • The cleaning action of the descaling solution may cause foaming” to occur from the coffee machine. This is normal as the solution reacts with the limescale inside. It will make the interior cleaner and more hygienic.
    • Once the solution is rinsed out and the limescale is cleaned, the coffee machine should resume normal operation.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Trouble Issue Trouble Type Solution
The machine  is not working The power plug was not inserted properly.

Ensure that the power plug is properly inserted and receiving power.
Orange light blinks, keys do not work| Indicates that the machine is finished brewing brewed coffee, the boiler is out of water, or the amount of water added is too low resulting in overheating protection. Pour 6 to 12oz of room temperature water into the water tank to continue using. If you do not continue to use the machine, the indicator light will return to blue after the machine has naturally cooled down for some time, and you can also operate the machine.
The power cord is damaged, the indicator light is not lit, and the PCBA is burned out.| Please replace the product with the same parameters by a professional or return the product.
Machine leaking water| Check that the process of pouring water into the water tank has not exceeded the maximum scale, or pour out of the machine.
Make sure the cup capacity is greater than the amount of water poured into the tank.
Check if the water in the water tank is not overflowing, and the coffee outlet is not blocked, and clean it regularly.

Useful Tips

  • Water quality can vary greatly in different regions. If you notice an unpleasant taste in your beverage, such as a chlorine or mineral taste, We recommend using purified or filtered water to enhance the taste of your coffee. Do not use distilled water.

Service

  • Apart from the recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures, this coffee machine is not user-serviceable. If repairs are needed, please refer to the warranty section of this guide.

Storage

  • Empty the water tank before storing or transporting and take care to ensure that you store the coffee maker in a safe and frost-free environment.
  • When you are ready to use it after storage, we recommend rinsing the water tank with fresh water and descaling the coffee maker as detailed in the descaling section of the coffee maker.
  • If you plan to move the coffee maker to another location, turn it off, unplug it, and empty the water tank.
  • If your coffee maker has been in a sub-freezing environment, be sure to let it sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours before using it.
