Product Usage Instructions
- Scan the QR Code to watch the installation video.
- Pull out the food container and take out bowls and cardboard sheets.
- Attention:
- In pure battery power supply mode, the device will enter sleep mode in 3 minutes, and the app does not support remote control. You can insert 4 AA batteries into the battery compartment as a backup power source in case of wired power network failure.
- When the food is delivered for the first time, there may be no food or just a small amount in the bowl. Repeat the operation 2-3 times to use it normally.
- How to remote control:
- Download the ‘Smart Life’ app by scanning the QR Code or searching for it in the app store.
- Power on the device. Note: In pure battery power supply mode, the device will enter sleep mode in 3 minutes, and the app does not support remote control unless reactivated by pressing the feeding button and waiting 3 seconds to reconnect the app.
- Make sure the WiFi indicator blue light is flashing. If not, reset the network configuration by pressing 5 seconds on the feeding button.
- Open the Smartlife app and add the device, following the app instructions.
- Connect to the 2.4GHz WiFi network and enter the same WiFi name and password.

ATTENTION : In pure battery power mode, to save power, the device will turn off the indicated light and start sleep mode in around 3 minutes, so the APP Shows that it’s of me and can’t be remotely controlled unless reactivated it by pressing the feeding button and wait3sto reconnect the app .fthe feeding plan has already been set online before, even if it sof mine, the device will still auto-execute the feeding plan.

WARNING

- on y use the product as described in this document.
- Do not use the product if a part is damaged or defective. Replace a damaged or defective product immediately.
- Do not drop the product and avoid bumping. To prevent pets from falling down, it is recommended to place the feeder in the corner or against the wall.
- This product may only be serviced by a qualified technician for maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock
- Do not expose the product to water or moisture.
- Do not place any foreign objects in the feeder.
- Do not place anything n top of the feeder.
- Never immerse the product in water or place it in a dishwasher.
- Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, naked flames, or heat.
- Disconnect the product from the power source before service and when replacing parts.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Attention

HOW TO REMOTE CONTROL
APP Download
- and scan the QR Code right with your smartphone.
- search the ‘smart life’ App from the APP Store.
Then follow the steps below

Make sure the WIFl indicator blue light is flashing. if not, please reset the network configuration/press 5s on the feeding button to reset the device.

open the Smart Life APP and add the device, follow the app instructions.

connect to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and enter the same Wi-Fi name and password with your smartphone. (The device doesn’t support 5GHz Wii yet. )

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Always unplug or disconnect the feeder from the electrical supply with dry hands whenever the feeder is being installed, maintained, or handled.
- Regularly clean the food dispenser with a slightly damp cloth to ensure that kibble is able to be dispensed smoothly. Do NOT Clean the dispenser using water, as this may damage the electrical components inside. Make sure that no water gets into the battery compartment.
- The food container and food bowls can be removed from the base and cleaned with running water under the tap. Always dry these parts completely before reassembling the product.
- The desiccant pad should be replaced every 15 days to ensure a minimal dehumidifying effect. Do not use the desiccant pad if it is visible y damaged
- please use a used DC 5v 1A Power adapter and power cord.
- change the batteries every 6 months if not in use for a long time.
- Do not lift the feeder only with a lid, food container, bowl, or tray. Lift or transport the feeder by holding the food container and base with both hands, while keeping it in an upright position.
- store the feeder against a wall or corner to avoid tipping
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE IMPELLER
- Align the shape of the impeller buckle with the dispenser slot.
- Align ” ▲ ” and ” ● “, press the impeller down, and fatten it.
- Rotate it right to lock align “▲” and v ·
Attention : May get f od stuck if the impeller does t assemble correctly.

TROUBLESHOOTING
what should l do if l can’t connect to the Internet?
- Make sure the device has been powered on;
- check if the network is stable, and check whether it is 2. 4GHz wiFi;
- check whether the mobile phone’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are authorized;
- check whether it is within the network coverage.
- Try to reboot the router and wait 3 minutes to observe the status of the device;
- Make sure the home Wi-Fi network is working well, or whether the Wi-Fi name, password, etc have been modiied. If So, reset the device and add it again. (How to remove the device: open the smart life APP and enter the device control page, click the ‘… button on the top right and corner, click ‘ Device Management then choose this device to remove. )
what about stocking food?
- clean out the food and check whether the distribution impeller is installed correctly (whether the alignment mark is aligned).
- check whether the motor is abnormal: put your ears close to the machine to see if you can hear the rotating sound, or pour out the kibbles, take out the impeller, operate the device, and see if the motor rotates
The APP shows that it is often e, can it still deliver er food normally?
set the feeding plan when the blue light is always on and then y u can feed
normally of ine or during sleep mode, but the feeding record is not displayed
on the APP. After the device wakes up, the APP Will display the previous
feeding record ·
when the battery is in use and without wired power, the light goes out, and
can it still produce food normally?
In the pure battery state, the device will automatically turn off the light in
30 seconds , and will automatically sleep after 3 minutes (at this time, the
APP will display that the device is of mine). This function is to prolong the
battery life without affecting the normal grain output.
After the network abnormality causes the device to go offline withe normal
device automatically connects to the Internet.

automatically restart twice. After restarting, the device will detect the
surrounding network environment and reconnect to the network. lf the device
cannot detect the network after two restarts, please check the network server
first, and then manually power off and restart the device.
can it be used without WIFI?
The first startup requires WIFI Connection settings, the feeder only supports
2. 4GHz WIFI. It can not support 5GHz wif
