    Apple Store) to download the app.

2. Creating an Account:

To create an account:

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to sign up for an
    account.

3. Connecting the Device:

To connect the device:

  1. Press the device reset button for 5 seconds to reset it.

  2. Wait for the device to emit a connection prompt sound.

  3. Open the app and add the device.

  4. Ensure your phone is connected to the Wi-Fi router that the
    device needs to be connected to.

  5. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and add the device through
    Bluetooth networking.

l.Question: When adding a device, it sh ws that the passw rd is wrong r forgotten password which set after the last connection?
Answer: The device may have a passwrd r have been changed r reset
Press and hold the “reset button ” f r 5 seconds,waiting for the device
to emit a ” Reset successful” prompt tone,which means that the device
password has been reset successfully. Follow the steps ab ve to add it
again,that’s it.
2.Question: Why is the device displayed as line in the device list?
Answer: Please check whether the device is c nnected t the Internet
normally,and also check whether the power supply of the device is nrmal,pwer ff the device and restait,and try t see if it returns t normal.
3.Question: What should l d if the m bile APP cannot receive push? Answer: Please check whether push is turned n (it sh ws that it has
been subscribed is turned n) and whether there is alarm push linkage (Settings-Alarm Settings)
4.Question: Why the playback vide des nt search fr the video file? Answer: Please checkwhether the SD card is damaged,whether there is
an SD card installed,check the device time,and check whether the play
back vide time is correct.
5.Question: Why the device cann t connect t WFi?
Answer: Please check whether the distance between the device and the device is too far,check if the hotspot connected to the mobile phone and
the current device 1s incrrect,check if the router des nt turn n the
DHCP function,and the c nnected Wi·Fi is 5G (device does not support 5G, nly supports 2.4G) the ruter has turned on the anti-rubbing function t filter the equipment.
