How to Attach the Toothbrush Head

Set the brush head into the handle and ensure both face the same side. Firmly press the head down on the handle cavity and it will be attached.

How to Select the Mode

Press the Power button to switch the toothbrush on. Once it’s switched on, press the Power button again to change mode, the mode will be selected if there is no further operation in 5 seconds.

How to Select the Intensity

Power on the toothbrush and press the intensity button to choose from three different intensity levels. The first indicator is for low intensity, the second one for medium intensity, and the third indicator is for the highest intensity.

How to Switch Off the Toothbrush

  • Press and hold the power button for about 1.5 seconds while brushing.
  • After all the modes are switched in a sequence, press the On/Off button once to power off.
  • Automatically power off while charging.

  • If the indicator keeps flashing after switching on the toothbrush, it needs to be recharged; if the indicator does not blink, it is fully charged.
  • Ensure to wipe the bottom and keep it dry before charging. Please keep the bottom cover closed after charging.

1. What should I do if the toothbrush I just received cannot be switched on?

It may be because of insufficient battery power. Kindly charge the toothbrush before using it.

Why is the working time of the toothbrush less than described?

The working time of the toothbrush is subject to usage. 90 days of battery life is endorsed given the toothbrush is used for a period of no more than 2 minutes, twice a day.

Why does the vibration decrease after a period of time?

More power is consumed with the increase in the use time of the toothbrush and this results in a decrease in the vibration. Simply recharge the battery and it will be repair.

Thank you for choosing ORACURA to upgrade your oral care routine. We provide a one-year free warranty for the product and unopened toothbrush head. In case of any fault within 12 months from the date of purchase, you will be provided with a free repair after a thorough verification by ORACURA after-sales Service Center as a quality problem.

Any damage or defect which is not attributable to the product quality is not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Failure or damage caused by acts of God like earthquakes, lightning strikes, abnormal voltages, and other environmental factors.
  • Dismantling, modifying, or replacing with non-original parts, or
  • If the toothbrush is not operated according to the manual or damage is caused due to improper use, such as using the wrong current and voltage, plugging the product into an unqualified outlet, or other man-made damage.

If you need repair within the scope of the warranty, please fill up the warranty card. If we are unable to perform the obligation of free warranty service due to inaccurate information, the consumer shall bear the cost of the repair

Maintenance

  • Wash the brush head and bristles after each use and allow them to dry naturally.
  • Do not pull the bristles, otherwise, they will be easily deformed.
  • Do not immerse the handle of the toothbrush in water.
  • Do not clean the toothbrush using water higher than 40°C or an acidic cleaning solution.
  • Clean the bottom cover of the toothbrush with a soft cloth.
  • Wipe the plug with a dry cloth to avoid short circuits.
  • It is recommended to replace the toothbrush head every three months.
  • When you use it for the first time, make sure the battery is exhausted before charging.
  • If you have not used it for more than 6 months, charge it for 3-5 hours before using it again.
  • During use, if the charging indicator flashes continuously for a few seconds and then stops, it indicates that the battery is low.
  • The indicator flashes slowly when it is being charged, and stays on after it is fully charged. If it has not been charged for a long time, it is normal for the indicator light to take 6-10 minutes to flash again.

  • Remove the movement support assembly from the body shell
  • Heat the battery pins with electric ferrochrome to remove the battery
