Product Usage Instructions

How to Wear

Gently insert the earphone into the ear canal and adjust it to
the most comfortable position.

How to Charge

Plug in the charging cable to charge both the earphones and the
charging case simultaneously. Remove the isolation film for
first-time use. The charging indicator light will flash slowly when
charging and go out when fully charged.

Power Management

Earphones automatically power on when taken out of the case and
power off when placed back in. Charging case indicator flashes
slowly when battery is below 20%.

Connection

To connect, take out both earphones, turn on Bluetooth, search
for “HAYLOU Mori Pro,” and click to connect. Switch between mono
and stereo modes by picking up both earphones.

Usage Instructions

• Double click left/right MFB: Play/pause music

• Triple click left MFB: Skip track backward

• Triple click right MFB: Skip track forward

• Press and hold left MFB for 2s: Turn on/off low latency
  mode

• Press and hold right MFB for 2s: Switch between noise
  cancellation modes

• Double click left/right MFB: Answer/hang up a call

• Press and hold left/right MFB for 1.5s: Reject a call

Restore Factory Settings

1. Place both earphones in the charging case with sufficient
   power.

2. Press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds.

3. The earphones will reset after the charging case indicator
   flashes quickly four times.

4. Clear phone pairing records and follow setup steps.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How do I know if the earphones are fully charged?

A: The charging indicator light will go out after the earphones
are fully charged.

Q: How do I switch between mono and stereo modes?

A: Pick up both earphones to enter stereo mode or push one back

How to Wear

How to Charge
Plug in the charging cable to charge the earphones and the charging case at the same time. The charging indicator light will be flashing slowly when the charging case is not fully charged. The indicator light goes out after fully charged.

Remove isolation film
For first time use, please remove the isolation film on the charging contacts of both earphones. Then fully charge the charging case and earphones.

When the battery level of the charging case is below 20%, put the earphones into the case, and the charging case indicator light will flash slowly for 4s before turning off.
Warm reminder: When the charging case is out of power, there is no indicator, and the earphones can’t be charged.

Power-on
Take the earphones out from the charging case, they will automatically power on.
Power-off
Put the earphones back into the charging case, they will automatically power off.

How to Connect
Take out both earphones from the charging case at the same time. Turn on device Bluetooth and search for “HAYLOU Mori Pro”, then click to connect.
If connection fails, put earphones back into the case and try again. After connection, earphones will automatically re-connect to the last-paired device whenever powering on (Bluetooth needs to be turned on).

Switch between mono and stereo mode: Pick up two earphones to auto enter stereo mode and push one back to enter mono mode. Or you can pick it up again to resume stereo mode.

Restore Factory Settings
1. Put both earphones into the charging case and ensure the charging case has sufficient power;
2. Press and hold the charging case button for 3s; 3. The earphones will restore factory settings after the
charging case indicator quickly flashes 4 times; 4. Clear phone pairing records and follow the steps to
pair again.

• If the operation fails, please repeat the above steps; or log in to the official store, contact customer service to view the reset operation video.
  Common abnormals: 1. One of the earphones is mute:
  Try to put the mute earphone into the charging case and then take it out; If the problem is still not solved after the above operation, try the reset steps;
  2. The earphone cannot be charged: Check whether the charging case has sufficient power; Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth or cotton swab;
  3. The earphone cannot automatically disconnect from the mobile phone; Check whether the charging case has sufficient power. The earphone will not power off if the case is out of power and will not disconnect from the mobile phone.
