Product Usage Instructions
- Mark hole locations on the back of the cabinet door as shown in Figure 1. Use the appropriate drill bits to drill three holes at these locations, ensuring they are 7/16 inches (11mm) deep. Be careful not to drill all the way through the cabinet door.
- After installing the hinges onto the cabinet door, align the door in the desired position. Mark holes for each mounting location on the cabinet frame. Use a 1/8 drill bit to drill pilot holes for frame mounting screws.
- Place the door in position and attach it to the frame using screw B.
- For adjustments:
- Height Adjustment: With the door installed, loosen all mounting screws A, adjust the door height, and re-tighten the screws.
- Side-to-Side Adjustment: With the door installed, rotate cam screw B to adjust the left-to-right door positioning.
- Depth Adjustment: With the door installed, rotate cam screw C to adjust the in-and-out door positioning.

Door Preparation
Mark hole locations on the back of the cabinet door, as shown in Figure 1. At these locations, using the appropriate 2 drill bits, drill 3 holes that are 7/16” (11mm) deep. Be careful not to drill all the way through the cabinet door. **
**Install hinges onto the door by pressing hinge dowels fully into their corresponding holes.
Frame Preparation
- A After installing hinges onto the cabinet door, align the door in the desired position. Mark holes for each mounting location on the cabinet frame. Use a 1/8” drill bit to drill pilot holes for frame mounting screws.
- B Place the door in position, and attach door to frame using screw B.
Adjustment
- A Height Adjustment: With the door installed, loosen all mounting screws A, adjust door height, and re-tighten screws.
- B Side-to-Side Adjustment: With the door installed, rotate cam screw B to adjust left-to-right door positioning.
- C Depth Adjustment: With the door installed, rotate cam screw C to adjust in-and-out door positioning.
