Overview

How to Wear

• Gently insert the earbud into the ear canal, adjust the earbud to the most comfortable wearing state.

• When calling, adjust Mic towards mouth to gain more clear call.

How to Charge

• Plug in the charging cable to charge the earbuds and the charging case at the same time.

• The charging indicator light will be flashing slowly when the charging case is not fully charged.

• The indicator light keeps steady on after fully charged.

• When the battery level of the charging case is below 20%, put the earphones into the case, and the charging case indicator light will flash slowly for 4s before turning off.
  Warm reminder: When the charging case is out of power, there is no indicator, and the earbuds can’t be charged.

• For first time use, please remove the isolation film on the charging contacts of both earbduds.
• Then fully charge the charging case and earbuds.

Power-on

When the earbuds are in the charging case, take them out to automatically power on.

Power-off

Put the earbuds back into the charging case, they will automatically power off.

How to Connect

• Take out both earbuds from the charging case at the same time. Turn on device Bluetooth and search for “HAYLOU X1 PLUS”, then click to connect.

• If connection fails, put earbuds back into the case and try again. After connection, earbuds will automatically re-connect to the last-paired device whenever powering on (Bluetooth needs to be turned on).

• Switch between mono and stereo mode: Pick up two earbuds to auto enter stereo mode and push one back to enter mono mode. Or you can pick it up again to  resume stereo mode.

How to Use

Restore Factory Settings

1. The earbuds are outside the charging case, powered on and not connected to the device;
2. Quickly click both earbuds for three times at the same time, then press and hold for 3s, they will power off after LEDs flash solid white for 1s;
3. After resetting, put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, then open the lid and take them out again;
4. Follow the pairing steps to complete Bluetooth connectiom.

• If the operation fails, please repeat the above steps; or log in to the official store, contact customer service to view the reset operation video.

Common abnormals

1. One of the earbuds is mute:
   Try to put the mute earbud into the charging case and then take it out; If the problem is still not solved after the above operation, try the reset steps;

2. The earbud cannot be charged:
   Check whether the charging case has sufficient power; Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth or cotton swab;

3. The earbud cannot automatically disconnect from the mobile phone;

   • Check whether the charging case has sufficient power.
   • The earbud will not power off if the case is out of power and will not disconnect from the mobile phone.

Caveats

Warning

1. Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product for any reason, as this may cause fire or even completely destroy the product.

3. Keep the indicators away from the eyes of children and animals while using the earbuds.
4. Do not use this product during thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may cause the product to malfunction and increase the risk of electric shocks.
5. Do not wipe and clean the earbuds or their case with alcohol or other volatile liquids.
6. Avoid any contact with liquids.

Note

1. Please read this user manual carefully before using the product and please properly store it.
2. When using for the first time, please fully charge this product.
3. Please charge the product, in case it has not been used over two weeks.
4. Please use certificated charger.
5. Continuous use of earbuds for a long time is harmful to hearing, please control the use time and volume reasonably.
6. Do not wear earbuds in any situations with potential risks as wearing them may reduce your perception to the outside world

Supposing any defects caused by quality issues occur within the warranty period, please take this warranty card and purchase receipts to your distributor for free exchange service.
Free exchange service will not be accessed under following circumstances:

1. Damages caused by unauthorized disassembly.
2. Defects or physical damages caused by leaking or dropping off.
3. Damages by act of God. Supposing your item is within any damages or defects except the above circumstances, please return to us or your distributor for free repairing.

Daily Maintenance

Please do not shower with earbuds. Do not wear them in rainy day. Do not leave them in washing machine or other extreme situations. Please wipe off sweat or rain on the earbuds with dry cloth after use to maintain its service life.
