Basic Operation of Headphones

Power On

Remove both earbuds from the channel and all the earbuds for 3 seconds to turn them on.

Power Off

Hold the earbuds while they are on for 5 seconds or place them in the charging case.

BT Pairing (First Time Use)

  1. Remove both headphones from the charging case, both headphones will turn on automatically press and hold the touch buttons (L) and (R) of the headphones for 3 seconds to turn them on outside the case.
  2. After turning on, both headphones will pair automatically and blink alternately in white and orange, with the main headphone blinking in white and orange alternately and the secondary headphone blinking white every 5 seconds.
  3. Turn on BT on the device you wish to pair the headphones with, find the headphones device name “pic W3” on the BT page, and select it to complete the connection.

Volume Adjustment

  1. Single-click the touch key of the right earphone to increase the volume (only volume up in single-ear use).
  2. Single-click the touch key of the left earphone to decrease the volume (only volume up in single-ear use).

Song Selection

  1. Seconds to stay the previous track only the next track in
  2. Long-press the touch key of the right earphone for 2 seconds to play the next track (only the next track in single-ear use).

Subsequent Use

If there is already pairing information for the headphones on the device, upon the second connection after turning on the headphones, automatic reconnection will occur, and pairing will be completed with the device.

Play/Pause/Answer Calls

Double-click the touch key during music playback to pause the music. Double- click the touch key when the music is paused to play the music. When there is an incoming call, double-click the right (R) or left (L) ear touch key to answer the call. During a call, double-click the right (R) or left (L) ear touch key to end the current call. When there is an incoming call, press and hold the touch key for 2 seconds to reject the call. Click the touch key, 5 times when in Bl connection state to activate Siri (voice assistant).

Connecting to Other Devices

  1. When connecting to another device, please first delete the pairing information from the previously paired device; enter the pairing and wait for the state to be connected by another device; then follow the steps in “First Time Use.
  2. In the connected state, press the touch button L or R 5 times to clear the connection information of the phone; enter the pairing waiting for the state to be connected by another device; then follow the steps in “First Time Use”.

Using a Single Headphone

  1. Remove either of the two headphones from the charging case, and the left/right earbud will turn on automatically.
  2. After turning on, the indicator light of the left/right earbud will blink alternately in white and orange.

  4. When using a single earbud, remove the other earbuds, and both will automatically pair and connect to switch to the mode of using both earbuds.

If both earbuds cannot be used simultaneously (one side is silent), please

follow these steps:

  1. Put both earbuds back into the charging case.
  2. Delete the existing BT device name “Picun W3” on your phone.
  3. Repeat the “BT Pairing” operation.

TWS Pairing Mode (Left/Right Earphone Interconnection)

  • When the left and right earphones are powered on and in pairing mode, they will automatically pair. If pairing fails, perform the “One earphone does not produce sound” step once.

Automatic Shutdown and Reconnection over Distance

  • When the headphones exceed the valid range, the connection will be disconnected. If you return to the Bl range within 5 minutes, reconnect. If you do not return to the valid BT connection range within 5 minutes, the headphones will automatically shut down.

Battery Status Display

  • When the headphones are connected to an IOS device, the current battery status of the headphones will be displayed in the upper right corner of the lOS device screen.

Charging the Charging Case

  • Insert the USB-C charging cable into the charging case. The orange light will flash at 0.5Hz during charging and will stay on when fully charged.

Charging Time for Headphones

  1. When the earphones are out of power, place them in the charging case for about 1 hour to fully charge. When in low power, the orange light will flash 5 times every 10 seconds.
  2. When the earphones are placed in the charging case, the case’s white light will stay on during normal discharge, and the case’s white light will flash at 1Hz (1 second) in low power state until it shuts off. When there are no earphones in the case, the white light will flash for 5 seconds and then turn off.
