Bluetooth Connection

For The First Time Using

1. open the charging case, the two earbuds will turn on automatically

2. after earbuds turned on, the right and left earbuds will connect with each other automatically. Right earbud LED goes out, left earbud white and orange LED
   twinkle alternately.

3. turn on the Bluetooth on your cell phone, search “w20” on the Bluetooth list, click to connect

For The Second Time And Subsequent Using
If your cell phone has already connected with the earbuds, in the second time using, when you take the earbuds out of the charging case, the earbuds will connect with your cell phone automatically.
Connect with Other Devices
If you want to connect the earbuds with other devices, please delete the “w20” on the Bluetooth list of your connected devices, then follow the Bluetooth connection steps to proceed.
Mono Mode (Only Left/Right Earbud is being Used)

1. take the left/right earbud out of the charging case, the earbud will turn on automatically.
2. after turned on, the left/right earbud white and orange LED twinkle alternately after white LED flash three times.
3. turn on the Bluetooth on your cell phone, search “W20” on the Bluetooth list, click to connect *When you take another earbud out of the charging case in mono mode, the right and left earbuds will connect with each other automatically, and enter in stereo mode (both earbuds using in pair)

If you can’t get back to stereo mode from mono mode (one side without sound), please refer to following steps

1. put two earbuds back into charging case
2. delete “w20” on your connected phone bluetooth Ilist
3. take out two earbuds from charging case
4. search “W20” on your phone Bluetooth list, click to connect

Power On
take the earbuds out of the charging case and it will turn on automatically or long press the touch button for 3S to turn on.
Power Off
put the earbuds in the charging case or long press the touch button for 5S to turn off.
Volume Adjustment

• VOL +: short press touch button on right earbud
• VOL -: short press touch button on left earbud

Music Selection

• Previous Song: long press touch button on left earbud for 2 seconds
• Next Song: long press touch button on right earbud for 2 seconds

Play/Pause/Phone call

• Music Pause: Double press touch button when in music playing.
• Music Play: Double press touch button when in music paused.
• Answer Calls: Double press touch button whena call coming in
• Hang Up: Double press touch button when finish a call
• Refuse to Answer: Long press touch button for 2 second when a call coming in

Siri/Voice Assistant Access
Click the touch button 3 times when the earbuds and cell phone are connected and not in a call

LED Indicator Light Description

• Power On: white LED flash three times
• Pairing Status: left earbud white and orange LED twinkle alternately, right earbud LED goes out
• Power Off: orange LED stays on for 3 seconds
• Earbuds Charging: orange LED stay on indefınitely in charging, LED light goes out when fully charged
• Charging Case Charging:
  • fully charged (4.20V): four LED Iights on
  • 75%-fully charged: the first three LED lights are on and the fourth light is flashing
  • Charging Case506-759%: the frst two LED Ilights stay on, the third LED Charging light flashes
  • 25%-50%: the first LED light is on and the second LED light is flashing
  •  <25%: only the first LED light is flashing
• Charging Case Charging for Earbuds
  • 75%: four LED lights on
  • 50%-75%o: the first three LED lights are on and the fourth light goes out
  • 25%-50%: the first two lights are on, the third and fourth lights go out
  • 3%-25%: the first LED light is on, the last three LED lights go out
  • 0%-3%: the first light flashes and the last three lights go out

Reset

In the status of the left/right earbuds turned on separately, press the earbud for 8 times to clear Bluetooth connection information, and you will hear voice prompt of After clear successfully the earbuds white and orange LED twinkle alternately. Put the earbuds back to charging case and take them out again, the right and left earbuds will connect with each other automatically.
Charge the Earbuds
Put the earbuds in charging case (charging metal contacts opposite each other), orange LED light on in charging, orange LED Ilight goes out after fully charged. The earbuds and charging case enter into sleeping state.
Charge the Charging Case
Charging the charging case with Type-C charging cable. The LED light on charging case will show the current power status
Earbuds Charging Time
It needs around 1.5H to fully charge the earbuds when totally no power
Auto off and Long-distance Reconnect

1.  When bluetooth headphone disconnected, it will auto off after 5 mins.
2. The heaphone will hint disconnected when out of the effective range. And when back to effective range within 5 minutes, it will auto connect with your phone. (Disconnected for over 5 mins will auto off)

When the earbuds connect with IOS device, the current power status of the earbuds will be showed on the upper right corner of the device screen.

Warm Tips

1. Please charge the headphone with 5V 1A/5V 2A charger, high voltage may damage the headphone.
2. When the headphone has not been used for more than 3 months, it needs to be charged before using
3. When the headphone has not been used for a long time, we suggest you to charge every 3 months to provide good protection for the battery.
4. We suggest you fully charged the headphone for the first time use.

Attentions

1. Please keep or use the headphone in normal temperature, avoid direct sunlight.
2. Please keep the headphone away from fire or other hot object.
3.  Please keep the headphone away from damp place or submerged in liquid, keep dry.
4.  Please don’t try to use other method for charging other than the USB charging cable we provide.
5. Please don’t disassemble, repair or modify.
6. Please pay attention to excessive clash, if any damage (like dents, deformation, corrosion, etc.), please turn to us for help by the contact information on warranty card.
7. If the headphone produces an abnormal smell, higher than normal temperature, color or shape changes abnormally, please stop to use and turn to us for help by the contact information on warranty card.

Warning

1. If the battery is replaced improperly, there is a danger of explosion. It can only be replaced with a battery of the same type or equivalent. The battery (battery pack or assembled battery) must not be exposed to the conditions such as sunlight, fhre, or similar overheating environment.
2. The device should not be exposed to water droplets or water splashes. It should not be placed in objects such as vases or similar objects filled with liquids.
3.  This device is not a children’s toy. Children under the age of 14 need to be accompanied by parents to use.
4.  Using headphones for a long time at high volume may cause damage to your hearing.

Warranty Description

Please keep the warranty card and valid purchase proof properly, show it together when sending the product to repair. If you can’t provide the warranty card or relevant purchase certifcate, the calculation date of the product warranty wil be based on the product manufacture date.

Warranty Regulations

   • The product has been dismantded or repaired without our company authorization
   • The headphone driver unit has been used at high volume, and the diaphragm is deformed due to debris or impact. The headphone cable is broken, crushed, immersed in water, the case is damaged, deformed, and some other man-made damage reason.D. The original warranty card and valid purchase proof can’t be provided, and the purchase date is beyond the warranty period.
4.  The free service provided by this warranty card does not include product accessories, and other decorations, gift, etc.
