A: macOS requires administrator access to authorize certain tasks and installations for security purposes.
Q: What if I don’t have an Administrator password?
A: You will need to create an Administrator user account by following the steps mentioned in the user manual before continuing with the installation.
SOFTWARE MAC INSTALLATION
Allow software mac setup
If you download the software from a browser your Mac can forbid the
installation. After clicking on the Setup you can have this window :
Click to “Cancel”
Follow theses instructions to install the software

Go to the Apple menu and click on “System Preferences”

Select “Security & Privacy”

Click the lock to make changes

Enter your administrator password if asked

Select “Open Anyway” in the “General” tab

Select ” Open”
Enter administrator password
Once the setup is allowed follow instructions from the wizard to install softwares
When prompted, you must enter your administrator password, as MAC OS requires administrator access to authorize certain tasks.
If you don’t have an Administrator password you need to create one to continue the installation.
Add Administrator user

On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Users & Groups in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

Click the Add User button below the list of users

Select Administrator and create your account
Once the Administrator user is created you can restart the software setup.
