PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please carefully read this manual before using the product. Keep the manual with you for reference as needed.

FULLY CHARGE BEFORE USE

Solar charging time may vary depending on weather conditions, temperature, and seasons. USB charge option if weather is insufficient or you bring the Solar Zapper Lantern indoors to charge.

WARNING & NOTICE

  1. Do not look directly at the LED light, or it may damage your eyes.
  2. Do not attempt to disassemble or remodel the product. Any changes can be dangerous and will void the warranty.
  3. Please keep away from any flammable items, or explosions, property damages, or casual injuries that may occur.
  4. Please keep the solar panel clean to make sure the product can be properly charged. Frequently clean the solar panel as needed. Avoid scratching on the panel or it may lower charging efficiency.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please install the unit well before use (contact tube and spike).
  2. After the unit has fully charged, change the switch to the desired position to select the operating mode

After 2-3 days or a day of heavy use, the built-in 360 brush can easily clear the electric net of bugs and debris. To properly use the brush

  • Use both hands to hold brush notches on either side of the zapper
  • Gently remove from the locked position.
  • Gently pull the brush up and down times to displace debris.
  • Return the brush notches to the locked position.
  • Open the bottom capture tray and dispose of debris.

SOLAR CHARGING

  • Charge the unit in a place where the solar panel can be continually exposed to the sun.
  • Avoid placing the unit where shade from buildings or objects which would block the solar panel while charging.
  • The solar panel is equipped with a daylight sensor, so the product will automatically charge in the daytime and light up at dusk or when the surroundings turn dark.
  • The product can be charged in all operating modes.

SWITCHES & FUNCTIONS

The switch is on the side of the torch solar zapper lantern.

  • Zapper: On/Off/Auto
    On: In this mode the zapper will stay on all the time. The blue LED light will remain on and in bug-killing mode.

  • Off : In this mode, the zapper will be off.

  • Auto: In this mode, the zapper will automatically come on at night. The blue LED light will come on in bug-killing mode and then will turn off when the solar panel detects enough light to turn off.

  • Light : On/Off/Auto

  • On : In this mode the light will remain on all the time.

  • Off : In this mode, the light will remain off.

  • Auto : In this mode, the light will automatically come on at night. then turn off when the solar panel detects enough light to turn off.

USB CHARGING

  • The USB Charging Port is on the side of the solar portable lantern. Connect the USB cable to a power supply for charging.

When charging using the USB cable:

  • Red Light = Charging
  • Green Light = Fully charged
