IMPORTANT
M10 V3 must be at hot spot mode. M10 V3 default setting is at hot spot
mode.Wireless Accessory Configuration (WAC) Using iOS/iPadOS Device:
- Select Settings menu of your iOS/iPadOS device.
- Go to Wi-Fi and select the network you would like to use with your M10 V3.
- Scroll down to SETUP NEW AIRPLAY SPEAKER. Select your M10 V3 player indicated by M10 V3-xxxx where xxxx corresponds to the last 4 digits of the Machine Access Control (MAC) address* of your M10 V3.
- When AirPlay Setup screen comes up, select Next.
- Airplay Setup will proceed automatically. Follow setup process until Setup Complete is shown. Select Done to exit setup mode.

A: To reset the M10 V3 to factory settings, press and hold the Reset button

NETWORK SETUP
Connect your M10 V3 to your home network via Wired or Wireless connection.
WIRED CONNECTION
Using an Ethernet cable (not supplied), connect one end to M10 V3’s LAN port
and the other end directly to your home network or router.
WIRELESS CONNECTION
Connect M10 V3 to your wireless network using any of the following four
methods.
- Wireless Accessory Configuration (WAC) using iOS/iPadOS device
- Using iOS/iPadOS device
- Using Android device
- Wireless manual setup
Condition: M10 V3 must be at hot spot mode. M10 V3 default setting is at hot spot mode.
IMPORTANT!
- Hotspot mode will time out after 15 minutes. To re-establish hotspot mode, reboot M10 V3 or power it down and wait at least 5 seconds before powering it back up.
- The following procedures may change over time without notice. Always check the M10 V3 product page for the latest updates.
- The BluOS app for iOS and Android devices, as well as for Windows and macOS desktops, can be downloaded from their respective application stores and also from BluOS downloads at https://bluos.io/downloads

WIRELESS ACCESSORY CONFIGURATION (WAC) USING iOS/iPadOS DEVICE
Wireless Accessory Configuration (WAC) setup mode is supported by iOS/iPadOS application. At WAC setup mode, network name and password are not required for the M10 V3 to be connected to your network.- Select Settings menu of your iOS/iPadOS device.
- Go to Wi-Fi and select the network you would like to use with your M10 V3.
- Scroll down to SETUP NEW AIRPLAY SPEAKER. Select your M10 V3 player indicated by M10 V3-xxxx where xxxx corresponds to the last 4 digits of the Machine Access Control (MAC) address* of your M10 V3.
- When AirPlay Setup screen comes up, select Next. Note that you can also customize the name of your M10 V3 by entering desired name in the line item Speaker Name.
- Airplay Setup will proceed automatically. Follow setup process until Setup Complete is shown. Select Done to exit setup mode.

USING iOS/iPadOS DEVICE
- Open BluOS App. Select Players icon in the bottom portion of the App.
- From upper right corner of the App, select + to launch Easy Setup Wizard.
- From My Players screen prompt, select your M10 V3’s unique network ID* under Needs Setup.
- When AirPlay Setup screen comes up, select Next. Note that you can also customize the name of your M10 V3 by entering desired name in the line item Speaker Name.
- Airplay Setup will proceed automatically. Follow setup process until Setup Complete is shown. Select Done.
- M10 V3 will automatically enter Looking for Upgrade mode. If a firmware upgrade is available, it will be installed automatically. Once the upgrade is finished, select Finish to exit setup mode.
- The M10 V3’s unique network ID is listed as the product name (i.e., M10 V3) immediately followed by the last four digits in the MAC (Machine Access Control) address (example: M10 V3-ACF7).

USING ANDROID DEVICE
Open BluOS App. BluOS will look for Players. Available players will appear under My Players screen prompt.- If not prompted, select Players icon in the bottom portion of the App.
- From upper right corner of the App, select + to launch Easy Setup Wizard.
- Select your M10 V3’s unique network ID* from the My Players window.
- Select your Home Wi-Fi Network from the Choose WiFi Network drop down menu.
- If your Home Wi-Fi Network does not appear or is hidden, select Manual SSID Entry.
- Enter SSID name.
- Select the Network Security your network uses under Choose Security Method.
- Enter your home network’s Wi-Fi Password in the field provided and select Continue.
- Select or enter preferred Name to customize your M10 V3 for easier identification in the Player Drawer. Select Continue.
- Network setup process proceeds automatically. As it advances, it will automatically enter Looking for Upgrade mode. If a firmware upgrade is available, it will be installed automatically.
- Network setup process is completed when Setup Complete is shown in the App. Select Finish to exit the setup process.

WIRELESS MANUAL SETUP

Select your M10 V3’s unique network ID* from the Wi-Fi Setup connection settings menu of your tablet, smart phone or computer and connect/join.

Control Panel” menu window should automatically open. If not, open the web browser of your device and visit http://10.1.2.3.

Select Configure WiFi from the “…Control Panel” menu.

Select your network or applicable wireless network name (SSID) from the Configure Wireless drop down menu.

Enter your network’s Wireless Password (Passphrase, WEP/WAP key as applicable) in the field Enter password or key (if protected).

Select a Player name from the drop down list or use the on-screen keyboard to create a customized room name in the field Custom name.

Select Update to save all your settings. A Congratulations…screen prompt will appear to indicate that the setup process of your M10 V3 is completed.
Revisit the Wi-Fi Settings on your device and ensure it has reconnected to your network (the same network selected at Step d).
Open desktop BluOS App. Select your M10 V3 network ID* in the BluOS App that also shows M10 V3 NEEDS SETUP. -
Select your M10 V3 from Add Player window to proceed with the setup.

Input the Name you prefer to identify your M10 V3. You can either keep the Player Name entered in Step f or rename it again. Select Next to continue.

Network setup process proceeds automatically. As it advances, it will automatically enter Looking for Upgrade mode. If a firmware upgrade is available, it will be installed automatically.

Network setup process is completed when Setup Complete is shown in the App. Select Finish to exit the setup process.
