General dog training tips
The following tips will show you how to get the best performance out of your dog training collar. 1. It is recommended to train one dog at a time. 2. During the first introductory trainings, keep the dog in a familiar outdoor environment. Training in an unfamiliar place can cause the dog to become distracted. 3. Vibrations are more useful for basic obedience training. 4. During training, look for any positive changes in the dog’s behavior and don’t forget to encourage in time. 5. When putting the collar on, be careful not to pull it too tight around the neck, but make sure it is still tight enough. For optimal function, it is essential to check that the lead is in contact with your dog’s skin. If your dog has long fur, you may need to trim the coat slightly to ensure the contact surface adheres well to your dog’s skin. 6. It is important to start the collar with the lowest level so as not to shock your dog. You can start by putting the collar on your dog without turning it on, so that he gets used to wearing it and understands that the collar is not meant to disturb him.

Do not use this product on your aggressive dog or if your dog is prone to aggressive behavior. Aggressive dogs can harm people or things around them. If you are unsure whether this product is suitable for your dog, please consult your veterinarian or a certified trainer.
Important information
1. To prevent the dog from strangulation when running, moving or shaking, the collar should be tightened so that you can easily insert two fingers under it.
2. Do not wear the collar for more than 12 hours a day. If possible, reposition the collar every 1 to 2 hours.
3. Never attach the dog lead to the collar, it will cause excessive pressure on the contact area.
4. Wash your dog’s neck area and collar contact area weekly with a damp cloth.
5. Check the dog’s contact area daily for rash or sores. These alerts will help keep your pet safe and comfortable.

FAQ Q1: How old does my pet have to be before using a training collar? Answer 1: Your pet should be able to recognize basic obedience commands such as “Sit” or “Stay” This product may
be too large for pets under 10 pounds.
Q2: Why is the training collar not working? Answer 2: First, make sure the transmitter is unlocked, then set the appropriate level of vibration, static shock and beeping based on your dog’s characteristics, such as temperament, type, age, weight, etc.
Q3: Can I use the training collar with more than one pet? A3: Yes, you can easily add one more receiver collar to the system.
Q4: Will I get exactly 600m range with the training collar? A4: The effective range of the training collar means the direct distance between the remote control and the receiver collar with no obstructions in between. Range may vary depending on terrain, weather, vegetation, battery capacity, and transmission from other radio devices.

Q5: What should I do if my pet’s neck becomes red and irritated? A5: Stop using the product for a few days. If the condition persists for more than 48 hours, seek help from your veterinarian. Check your pet’s skin frequently once the skin has recovered.
Q6: How long is the life of a lithium battery? A6: Our lithium battery can charge 2000 times for remote control and receiver collar.
Q7: How long can my dog wear the receiver collar? A7: The collar is not intended for permanent wear. We recommend not wearing the collar for more than 12 hours every 24 hours.
Question 8: How long should I train my pet? Answer 8: Training should be positive and short, about 10-15 minutes is always better.
