Product Usage Instructions

Main Button Description

• POWER BUTTON: Short press to lock/wake up the screen.
• VOLUME +/-: Adjust the volume levels.
• RETURN KEY: Short press to go back to the previous operation.
• A KEY & B KEY: Correspond to the left & right translation languages of the display interface.

Screen Operations

• SWIPE UP TO UNLOCK: Swipe up to unlock the screen.
• SCREEN DISPLAY: The device auto turns off the display as per system settings.
• LIGHT-UP SCREEN: Short press the power button to light up the screen.

FAQ

• Q : How do I connect to WIFI on the Smart Translator?
• A: Go to Settings and select WIFI, then choose your desired network and enter the password if required.
• Q : Can I use the Smart Translator for offline translations?
• A: Yes, you can use the offline translate function available on the main screen of the device.
• Q : How can I adjust the volume on the Smart Translator?
• A: Use the volume +/- buttons on the device to adjust the volume levels as needed.

Quick Operate Guide：
First of all thank you for using our products! This device supports WIFI, please choose the WIFI according to the current actual use environment

WIRELESS NETWORK ENVIRONMENT

• Connect to the wifi after the translator is turned on· Connect wifi through the menu “Settings” – “WIFI”
• After turning on the WIFI
• Select the WIFI to be connected, and enter the correct password to connect

TRANSLATOR CHARGING

• When the battery is low, the battery icon at the top of the screen changes into a low battery icon. In a low battery state, some functions of the device may not be available. When the battery power is lower than 3.4V, the device will automatically shut down. The device needs to be charged before continuing to use it.
• Charging the device when translator is off, about 8-10 seconds the screen will display a larger battery charging symbol and the percentage of power.
• Charging the device when a translator is on , the battery icon in the upper right corner of the screen has a “lightning” sign
• After the charging is complete, the full battery power icon

TRANSLATOR ON AND OFF

• Power on: long Press the power button on the left side of the device until the screen displays the boot screen. It will take some time for the device to initialize, please wait patiently.
• Power off : Long press the power button on the left side of the device, a dialog box will pop up, click the “Shut down” option to turn off the device

TURN THE SCREEN ON AND OFF

To turn off or turn on the screen manually ：

• When the screen is on, short press the left power button to turn off the screen
• When the screen is off, short-press the power button on the left to light up the screen

Automatically turn off the screen

• When there is no operation on the device during the sleep time set by the system, the device will automatically turn off the screen display (time can be set in Settings-Display)
• Short press the power button to light up the screen

THE MAIN SCREEN

• • The main screen of the device is the main function entrance of the device. There are 12 operation options in total:voice translation/offline translate/Phone translation/Photo translation/Interactive chatting/Interpretation/text translation/recording/package download/Favorites/WIFI/Setting
• Click to enter the corresponding function.

STATUS BAR

The top of the device screen displays some status information about the device, such as WIFI network status, power, Bluetooth, and other status information

Main function introduction

SPEECH RECOGNITION

• Long press the voice input button on the device (A voice button corresponds to the left language of the home page, and B voice button corresponds to the right language of the home page) to enter the speech recognition state.
• After letting go, the voice is automatically recognized and analyzed, and automatically translated into the set target language and voice broadcast (voice broadcast mode according to the setting).
• The list shows the text record of the speech translation.

When the translation record is too much, slide the page up and down to see that the translation record translator is in the offline state, and the translation automatically switches to the offline translation.

• At the top of the translation home page, click the language button to enter the language selection list.
• Click on the required source language \ target language option.

INTERACTIVE CHATTING

Join the crowd to chat with you:

• Actively create a multi-person chat [prerequisite: the device does not join any chat).

• After entering, share the QR code or ID number with others to form a group chat, or scan the code to enter the group chat. Ÿ Scan the code or enter the device number to add the team
  members.

• member management:

• Click the button in the upper right corner to select the member management option

• Click exit translation, you can exit multiple translations

• Click the X number on the right side of the member list to realize the member management

• advanced setup;

• Click the button in the upper right corner to select the language selection option

• You can choose to turn on the or to turn off the automatic message broadcast function

• You can choose to turn on or to close the mask message function

VOICE TRANSLATION

• language selection:
• It currently supports real-time translation between languages in 138 countries (regions) (changing with version updates).
• At the top of the translation home page, click the language button to enter the language selection list.
• Click on the required source language \ target language option.

PHONE TRANSLATION

• It needs to be done with a network.
• Support multiple people (3000) browser/chat application scanning code.
• Scan the code to enter the chat interface and select the required language options.
• After the exit, you need to scan the code again for translation.

INTERPRETATION

Need to proceed with a network case:

• Support for ultra-fast AI translation within 1 minute.
• Press the A key or B key for speech recognition.
• After the exit, you need to scan the code again for translation.
• Support browser/chat application scanning code, synchronous display of content on the mobile phone, and download and save for data editing.

PHOTO TRANSLATION

• Click the language button at the top of the home page to enter the language selection list, and click to select the required source language \ target language option. Photo translation:
• Click on the screen to focus on the pictures that need to be translated,
• Adjust the identification range for selection,
• The translation results are displayed after the identification.

OFFLINE TRANSLATION

• It currently supports real-time translation between languages in 17 countries (regions) (changes with version updates).

RECORDING TRANSLATION

• The target language only supports offline translation language for 60 minutes.
• Select the language target language and the translated language.
• Click the language switch icon in the lower left corner to view the original translation.
• Click the red stop icon during the recording process and select the save file.
• Click the button in the upper right corner to enter the recording file to view.
• Recording text save location: insert the computer — point to select the Recording Translation folder.

SETUP

• WIFI settings: Configure the WIFI network for the device.
• Broadcast mode: automatic broadcast and manual broadcast modes are available. When the player moves the report mode, the translation results need to be manually clicked to voice.
• System language: enter the language interface used by the selection device
• Bluetooth: Connect the Bluetooth device.
• Display: After entering, you can set the sleep time, you can choose the 30s, 1 minute, 3 minutes, and never die screen 4 ways.
• Date and time: automatic setting and manual setting time.
• Empty data: restore the device to the original state (delete the user data on the device, the operation is irreversible).
• About equipment: View the name, version number, copyright, and other information

ONLINE UPGRADE

When there is a new version upgradable, the device will check for it when the user switches language, reboots the device, or 24 hours after the previous check. Both WIFI and mobile network are applicable for the update
